In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

There are plenty of parking spaces on the property (can accommodate 4 cars). Central location, pedestrian zone, restaurants, and shops right nearby. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.
