This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.
