Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

Comfortable and practical space, is perfect for couples or an small group of friends. For the guests who will choose our apartment during Easter, I would like to offer them a special gift and to spend with my family on Easter day, Sunday 24/4, to watch the preparations of the traditional table, skewering lamb, and let us all eat together

Although there is a small free view of the sea the house is located 5 minutes (on foot) away from the beach and village square (Karavostamo), 15 minutes (by car) from the beautiful harbour of Evdilos Ikaria and 25 minutes or so under the beautiful beaches and areas of northern Ikaria (Kampos, Gialiskari, Armenistis, Mesakti). Welcome and have a nice summer.
