Located in the Marina down the street from the Palace of Fine Arts; private entrance (A) on ground floor. Small room with fridge and microwave; single bed; En Suite bathroom w/shower. The room is entered through french doors from the garden.
The space is quite small. Only suitable for one person. It's very quiet and noise must be kept to a minimum. A fridge and microwave is provided as well as closet space and a gate-leg table with folding chair.
The Marina is a desirable location, easy to walk around. Great restaurants on Chestnut Street which is 3 blocks away. Palace of Fine Arts just down the street; Crissy Field 2 blocks away; beach 2 blocks away. The Presidio National Park is walking distance and offers picnic areas, hikes, restaurants, beach.
  • Diana met me when I arrived and was very detailed. The SF Garden Room was absolutely perfect. Clean! Well appointed for a single traveler and very convenient to Chestnut St. in the Marina District. The neighborhood is awesome, a cool walking neighborhood and a thrill to be a "local" for seven (7) nights with no car. Easy to use all public transportation systems, Muni (bus), etc. And see my favorite MLB club SF Giants 4 times at ATT Park. Highly recommend it.

  • From the moment the booking was accepted Diana was friendly and accommodating in arranging my stay. I was greeted warmly and Diana explained everything thoroughly and with care, including in-depth information about the surrounding area. The space is beautiful and I couldn't have found a more hidden precious gem. The space is everything you need; well located, quiet and most of all homely. The space is completely private so makes for a great quiet area for if you have long days at the office like me! Diana had left juices in the fridge and a cookie and grapes on the side- what a treat! Diana was a fantastic host and I'd happily stay again.

    Jonathan2016-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Diana made me feel very welcome. After having flight delays I arrived and she was still waiting for my arrival after sending messages. The room is very cozy and she even provided some fruit and cookies which were just perfect after a long day. Neighborhood is very quiet but quite centrally located. She has all sorts of maps to places you might want to visit and even instructions to get to nearby places for groceries and you caffeinated needs. It's just perfect if you need a clean and cozy place to stay when visiting San Francisco. I would definitely would stay there again if I have more business to attend to near the Presidio (which is withing walking distance). Diana is a great host with a fantastic spot in the city. Thanks!

  • A quiet, cozy room and bath near the marina and Presidio. Diana is so sweet and helped me get setup to have an amazing week. It's best for a solo trip and has all the amenities you need. The bus and chestnut street give you ample access to food and fun too. Great spot :)

    Sara2016-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • I was in town for a medical conference. I had a quiet, comfortable stay in Diana's home and fun, safe walks to and from the conference site each day. Diana's neighborhood is beautiful.

    Alyssa2018-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • This space is small and sweet, very quiet off a nice private garden. The room is efficient, and nicely appointed with everything a traveler needs. I stayed there four nights and felt quite at home -- and grateful for the hospitality. I plan to look for this spot next time I come to San Francisco.

    Artie2017-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • A very nice and easy place to stay.

    Evan2019-05-01T00:00:00Z
  • The one beddy was very cosy with the essentials. It's as per the photos. The bathroom was huge and the garden is a lovely spot to relax. The Golden Gate bridge is only a 5 min walk. Public transport is only 2 mins away. Wifi connectivity is a bit touch and go but Diana is looking to fix that. She is a lovely host, very friendly. Choose for a relaxing stay in SF.

  • A homely, friendly, creative space that is well located in the heart of Sausalito. Thanks for having me to stay!

  • Convenient apartment with nice balcony in a great location in Sausalito. You are just outside of the very touristic area, but still close enough to walk to the ferry to San Francisco. Some nice restaurants nearby, as a place to kayak and a small beach, just straight ahead to the bay as you get out of the house. Good value for money.

    Tom2019-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. Very nice people. Good location just a couple minutes walk from the beach and restaurants.

  • Joan's place was very comfy, clean and tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed and in an excellent location! Easy to access, easy drive or ferry ride to the city, water views and plenty of eateries right outside, Marin Headlands nature trails and scenic Golden Gate views a few mins away. The host was very accommodating, responsive and friendly. Can't say enough good things! I've already recommended Joans place to family & a friend.

  • Kit's property is world class -- and that may be an understatement. The property is located on a hill in Sausalito with a view that simply awe inspiring. The house is comfortable with updated amenities, though keeps its original charm. Kit has created a truly fantastic environment with expertly curated art + decor. Personal touches abound and make the house stylish, comfortable, and relaxing. Perfect movement of creating function with form. Communication was top notch, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked with all necessary items, and the showers were on par with the best spas I have visited. Highly recommended.

  • Amazing house. Amazing views. Beautifully fitted out accommodation. Total luxury. There are a couple of things it's helpful to know, but they did not detract from our experience. Firstly, this is someone's home, but there was plenty of storage and hanging space for my needs. Secondly, the views come at a price (worth paying IMHO). The house is high up in Sausalito. My Garmin recorded 46 flights of stairs (yes flights, not stairs) walking up from the ferry. About half of that is stairs/passageways and the rest is on steep windy roads with no sidewalks. You can also walk up the hill to the bus but that's steep too. I didn't mind at all. I love trail running and there are some amazing trails starting from just near the house. I would definitely stay again.

    Sean2018-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Kit’s is a lovely home, situated high over Sausalito, with terrific views of the harbor. We enjoyed all the comforts of home, including amenities such as OJ, muffins, cheese, espresso, and a welcoming bottle of pinot noir. Thanks for that nice touch! My husband especially enjoyed the stunning art. This time we were visiting for business. Next time we hope to explore more of Sausalito. As part of the reservation process we received a current weekly guide to the area. Lots to do and see. Thank you, Kit. It was great.

  • Just know for your dogs that there is no AC. Not sure if it’s normal for the area but in the middle of the day the room was way too hot for my dog and there were no fans to account for this. Great location for the price!!!

  • 10/10. A wonderful setting. Very clean and comfortable. Felicity couldn't be more helpful. One can tell she previously ran a top rated B&B. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and indeed I am :). Ive often stayed in hotels but this has made me a true Airbnb believer.

  • Wonderful view, strategic location near hw

    Marco2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • This space is wonderful, the energy is very chill, and Felicity thought of amenities for every need. The artwork and books are wonderful. I enjoyed sitting watching the lights on the water and reading a lovely book from the library. The fireplace is so cozy and romantic. The bed is super comfortable and there were even cloth napkins in the kitchen along with wine glasses, cutting board, and anything else you need for small bites. The bathroom is roomy and very clean with wonderful essential oil shower gel and shampoo in the shower! There is even a wall heater to keep you warm in the bathroom. I loved this as it was a rainy weekend! The space is very roomy and private, with a separate door leading up to the room. We came and went with no trouble. It is also literally right next door to Seaplane Adventures and Helicopter tours landing pad. We took the Seaplane tour and loved it. Then walked home to get ready for our dinner out! Perfect. We barely noticed the plane/helicopter taking off, so this is not an issue at all. Very quiet! There is a great porch/landing outside, but due to rain we didn't get to spend much time out there, but it looked really nice! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

    Kimi2018-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • Nothing short of spectacular! Dreamy dreamy place and Felicity is wonderful!

    Maggie2018-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • This place is really a gem. The views of the water and biplane takeoffs were really awesome, and the sunrises and sunsets were some of the best. Felicity is very communicative and the binder in the Airbnb has all restaurants and places to check out in the area. It’s not as close to downtown Sausalito as I initially thought, but the upside is that the Muir Woods shuttle leaves from the marina and you can easily hop on that with a reservation. That was an awesome surprise perk! All in all I loved this place so much that we actually spent a night “in” to enjoy the deck and the views.

    Justine2018-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • This place was wonderful; above and beyond anything we expected. The space is clean with all kinds of thoughtful touches and the view is even better than in pictures. It’s a perfect location with easy access to Sausalito, Mill Valley, the Redwoods, and the Golden Gate Bridge to get back to San Francisco. Felicity’s communication was accurate and timely from beginning to end. Would definitely stay here again!

  • Very nice and clean place! You can enjoy the beautiful view and the peacefullness of the area. John was really welcoming and gave us good recos for restaurants etc. You need a car to go downtown Sausalito or at the ferry station ( if you want to go visit San Fran).

  • John and Suzanne were excellent hosts, and the space was cozy with a great view.

    Jared2016-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful place for a getaway. We loved the space and found ourselves staying in more than expected. Lots of nice touches made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The deck with the bay view is super for morning coffee and magazine reading! Communication with John was great. Super location for hiking Marin Headlands and reaching the City if needed. Highly recommend! Thank you John and Suzanne.

  • Very nice apartment and while it doesn’t allow for in room cooking, the basics are all there. Coffee service, microwave and small fridge are provided. No cable service. We should have brought our Riki. However Sausalito is not a place to watch much tv. We hope to make a return visit.

    Kip2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Imagine this, views of the Bay in a chilly escape. Coffee and chocolate in the depths of space, surrounded by trees and life, such a peaceful escape. Some amenities include a shower with functional steam option, very relaxing. The design of the shower is reminiscent of a time machine. Another added bonus, dark chocolate by the night stand. Words cannot describe the thoughtfulness, hospitality John and Suzanne have for their guests. They are more than just super hosts.

    Justine2018-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • John and Suzanne's place was fantastic. Beautiful view, nice patio to relax on, well furnished with thoughtful extras. Very clean and comfortable! Check in and check out were a breeze and communication was as easy as could be! No cable with the TV, but many dvds to choose from. Thanks for a great stay!

Convenient and comfortable one-bedroom Pacific Heights apartment located on Pacific between Fillmore and Steiner. It is in an elevator building with dedicated parking. Perfect for the business traveler or person transitioning to the city. Take in sweeping city views from nearby Alta Plaza Park or relax in the privacy of the unit's patio. One block from public transportation to anywhere in the city. Restaurants and boutiques abound on nearby Fillmore, Union and Chestnut Streets.
  • Judy’s space is wonderful. The building is quiet, which is great for those of us that appreciate a quiet night. The place is also within walking distance of the Marina, which has a great nightlife. The in-garage parking is also a huge benefit due to the large amount of vehicle break-ins in the San Francisco area. Finally, Judy is incredibly responsive to all messages. I am thankful to have stayed at Judy’s place.

Cozy, garden apartment located a half block to the yacht harbor in the Marina District. The Marina is a safe, quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. The 30 Stockton bus is half block away and will take you downtown and to touristy areas. The neighborhood commercial area is Chestnut Street where you will find great restaurants, shops, wine bars, and excellent groceries and markets with fresh produce. This studio is private and quiet.
  • This studio apartment is in a beautiful and safe location. The apartment is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Shelley was a great host - I locked my keys in the apartment one day and she was so kind and immediately brought me a spare. My Verizon phone worked in some places in the apartment, but there was also a landline phone to use. Need quarters for laundry.

    Daniel2018-11-05T00:00:00Z
  • Shelley’s Marina apartment was the perfect home away from home while we spent time with family in the Bay Area. The space was comfortable for two people, well furnished and a fabulous location for walks to the water, shopping and great restaurants. Shelley was always available if I had questions. I would highly recommend this spot for long term visitors.

    Evelyn2018-12-24T00:00:00Z
  • We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay with Shelley. The apartment is in an ideal and safe situation that is within walking distance to lots of different shops or the supermarket. The number 30 bus stop is close by too and will get you to most places downtown and there are lovely walks to be had along the Marina towards either the Golden Gate Bridge or Fort Mason in the opposite direction. We could not find fault in any way and would highly recommend it.

    James2019-06-08T00:00:00Z
  • This studio is located in the part of the marina that is ideal for walking, running, etc. The rental is accompanied by a small outdoor living space that acts as a great escape from the city. Only a 10 minute walk to Chestnut St. with amazing restaurants and grocery stores. The room felt spacious for what it is and more than satisfied my girlfriend and my needs for the summer. Loved our stay!

    Spencer2019-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • The perfect little corner to call your own, especially during a long stay. Very clean and a block from the water. Chestnut Street is just a 5 minute walk and has everything you need. I hope to stay here again on future trips!

    Jane2018-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect location and perfect studio! This apartment is even better than the photos depict. We arrived to find everything we could possibly need already in place. The location cannot be beat. Step out the door and you're literally looking at boats in the marina. Convenient laundry in the building. A beautiful safe location in an amazing city. Shelley the host answered all our questions before and after arrival. A+ all the way.

This a bright and airy lower unit full apartment with a open kitchen living area and separate bedroom and bathroom. You have garden views and your own private entrance. There is a small kitchen with a microwave, 2 ring burner and fridge. This apartment is down two flights of stairs and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
This is a separate apartment consisting of a queen size bedroom, kitchen/living room and private bathroom with a shower. This unit has a separate entrance so there is lots of privacy. It has a queen bed with a european pillow top mattress, flat screen tv, wifi, ipod dock. I leave your kitchen stocked with tea, coffee, milk and breakfast items to get you started. The kitchen has a refrigerator and microwave. There is a wall of windows/french doors so there is lots of light. There is also a washer and dryer in this unit. There is an aero bed and all the associated linens for an extra/third person. There is street parking and no permits needed. There is often a spot directly opposite the car deck. There is another unit above this one. I always ask guest in the upper unit to remove shoes, and be mindful that noise can carry. Sausalito is really a fishing village and is twinned with Portofino, Italy - you get the picture. There are great restaurants 3 blocks away with.. - Cafe Divino - italian and live music - Plate Shop - cocktails and american cuisine - Sartaj - locals pit stop - amazing indian food - Cibo - great coffee and breakfast - Bocce - pizza and bocce ball on the waterfront There is a quaint town with cute stores and lots of hike and bike rides. I have a whole list of attractions and rental outlets that I will leave for you in your room. - take the ferry to the city - paddle board around the bay - hike mount tam - bike to Tiburon and have lunch on the harbor at Sams - walk to Mill Valley and lunch at The Depot in the village square This house is unique in that it was built on the site of Sausalitos water tower so it is 22 steps down from street level and has a private walled garden. Just so you know, I have a small 12lb dog called Mocha. He is curious and checks the property for raccoon damage each morning so you may see him. Careful he's a lover! This property is only available for short term rentals of 30 days or more as per Sausalito short term rental laws.
It is a short walk downhill to Caledonian street the locals foodie street with great burgers, pizza and Indian food. Yum!
  • Fine stay in the trees above Sausalito. Easy parking, no permit required. Comfortable bed. Small, tidy kitchen which works well for breakfasts and meals requiring hot plate or microwave. Wide toaster supplied. Nice. Quite a few steps so you need to be able to manage. Views of the trees. TV in bedroom, not in living room. Plenty of pillows to make you comfortable in bed, watching tv or sleeping. Close access to lovely town of Sausalito. Ferry to San Francisco in town. Fun for a day trip. Great boardwalk walk and viewing SF and the beautiful bay.

  • Tanyia's place was an absolute dream and it was the perfect getaway from busy downtown San Francisco. It was bright, spacious and beautifully designed coupled with one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen. Tanyia was wonderful too! We will definitely be back!

The Golden Gate Bridge is not far away - so it is possible to take a walk over the Golden Gate Bridge and continue the walk to San Francisco... or take a bus. :) It is a beautiful place and we would stay there again. Thank you so much for having us!

    Sonja2014-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Check in was terrible. The directions cited that we should look for a pink ribbon in a tree (no ribbon exist). The house's green mailbox was actually red and the yellow minicooper was actually covered and is blue. I called the host with no answer. Once you find the apartment, beware that the unit upstairs is also an airbnb. The unit we stayed in was so cold and there isn't a thermostat in the unit. I used the small pull out heater which wasn't mentioned I the guidebook.

  • Like ships in the night we found safe harbour and a well stocked larder provided by Tanyia. Many thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home amongst the trees. You were most generous.

    Susan And Stanley2013-04-20T00:00:00Z
  • Tanyia made us feel so very welcome. There was a bottle of wine, almonds, and dark chocolate left on the kitchen table. The place was very clean. It looked just like the pictures. My husband and I loved our stay. The neighborhood was just lovely! We took a short walk down to the beautiful town everyday and truly enjoyed ourselves. The ferry was easy to access, so we also enjoyed San Fransisco several days! Thanks Tanyia!

  • Nice little apartment in residential neighbourhood. We didn't meet our host as were out and about most of our visit. Be aware its up a steep hill if you're planning on walking back up from town. This was our first time using Airbnb and would gladly do so again.

    Susan2015-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • We loved this apartment. It's super cute and cozy... yet perfectly sized for 2. You really do feel as if you're up in the trees. We had a wonderful stay. It's also really reasonably priced. I would stay again in a second.

Cheery, hillside home , in a setting so serene, it's like a retreat. Light, bright, and beautiful, with sweeping views. Best weather area. Full use of house. Ample street parking, (rare in Sausalito). Very quiet, yet a walk to town with it's boutiques, restaurants, festivals, waterfront parks, airport shuttle, ferry to San Francisco and buses. Sausalito, as you probably know, is a great town with lots of fun things to do. Interning? Ask about discount for summer interns.
You will share the house with Lucy, the Flying Cat of Sausalito and me! A professional woman . . . with a life. I’ve been sharing my house for years, so I know the importance of goodwill, good communication and respecting one another’s unique preferences for companionship and privacy. The room has a full bed, hardwood floors, deep bookshelves, small writing desk, cabinet, closet, light from two windows (with occasional deer visitors). Shared bath and a half. Minimum rental 30 days. Need a place longterm? Every sixth month is FREE. The cleaning fee is $125 per month. This is a minimal drinking, no smoking, no drug environment. It is quiet and sane. Lucy is very territorial though, so, sorry, no pets. Here are more details: THE HOUSE: • Charming,well-maintained Mediterranean style with gorgeous parquet floors, fireplace, big windows and a bright, newly-remodeled kitchen with gas stove. • Stairs offer passive exercise through the pleasant gardens with an awesome view as your reward. • Unlike most of Sausalito, there's plenty of parking on the street. LOCATION: • Just a walk uphill from the center of lively downtown, you are suddenly in this QUIET residential neighborhood • Best weather area where the rich settled in Sausalito’s “Banana Belt” • Marin is 50% parkland. This is where movies are made and people like Sean Penn and George Lucas live. You can savor nature and be in a happening place too. •Feel SAFE in Marin, one of country’s most crime-free. OFFERING AND SEEKING • Mature, responsible, trustworthy individual, with a healthy lifestyle, good communication skills, and a sense of humor. A profile and good reviews or references are a must. • Please no pets or intrusive addictions and especially no smoking. Remember: Everyone should live in Sausalito at some point in their life. Here's your chance. It’s the best!
Sausalito is one of this country's most charming towns. It is often compared to the Riviera. Each house is unique. The "Banana Belt" where I am located has the sunniest weather and great views. Marin County is green, beautiful and safe.
  • I stayed with Barbara for 5 weeks while working in Sausalito. Barbara was very helpful from the very beginning of the process. This was my 1st experience with Airbnb, so I did not have any reviews by hosts about me as a guest, to which Barbara could refer, so we made arrangements for her to contact my supervisor and then she was satisfied. Barbara allowed me to check-in early as I had traveled from Texas, got in early, and was pretty tired. Barbara was very accommodating and it was easy to share living space with her. We visited often, but also respected each other's need for privacy. The listing is accurate and the views from her place are beautiful and the area is quiet. There was plenty of on-street parking available for my rental car. I enjoyed helping Barbara with some handy-man projects around the place and she enjoyed sharing a couple of meals with me in return. I can definitely recommend a stay with Barbara!

    Perry2016-11-19T00:00:00Z
  • I loved staying with Barbara! Her home is in the heart of Sausalito, just up the hill from downtown, a few miles from the Golden Gate Bridge, and a five-minute bike ride from my work. The house is adorable (as is Lucy, its friendly feline resident), each room has beautiful views, and I couldn't have asked for a better host than Barbara. She is extremely generous, welcoming, and caring. When you want to talk, she is happy to do the same (and also gives great advice!) but seems equally happy to spend some time on her own projects if you choose to work quietly for a while. Overall, my summer stay at Barbara's gave me independence, allowed me to meet someone with whom really enjoyed living, and contributed to the memorable time I had in Sausalito. I would recommend Barbara and her place without hesitation!

    Eva2016-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • I had a wonderful stay with Barbara! Her house is in the perfect location for exploring all that San Francisco has to offer including downtown Sausalito and the Marin Headlands, which has beautiful hiking trails and The Marine Mammal Center. Barbara was a lovely host and her house is cozy and quaint. She also has a very sweet kitten who will quickly become your friend. I would definitely recommend for others to stay here. Thank you Barbara for all of your hospitality and sightseeing suggestions!

  • Very good experience. It is a bit short but useful to freshman.

    Zhiyu2018-04-12T00:00:00Z
  • Barbara's home is nestled in the hills of Sausalito over looking Richardson Bay. Her review of her home is quite accurate-except only one can experience the beauty there if they go. I loved to wake up in a comfy bed pull the curtains back to view a breath taking view of the waters of the Richardson bay below. Her home combines elegance with rustic charm. I was traveling solo and never had problems getting in and out. Some nights I didn't get in till 12am. I was respectful to be quiet- as I would be anywhere I stayed without her request to do so. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the house described accurately in her profile. Sausalito is truly like a small Mediterranean village. What I really liked about staying here was the proximity to various different activities. Since this trip was a vacation and retreat of sorts, I wanted to get away from the city life but still be able to experience SF. This location is perfect for travelers desiring a quieter SF experience. The drive in to SF (Baker Beach) is only 15 mins. (You can also take a boat in) Or you can be on Conzelman Road in five mins and take a drive up to Muir woods and then a day trip up the coast on route 1. If your hearts desire is to mix Napa Valley with SF-its also perfect because you can avoid all the traffic from the Golden Gate Bridge and be up in Napa Valley in just an hour. There is an awesome breakfast place on the water, literally a three min drive from Barabara's. I'll admit I went there twice in just four days. I had a great time with Barbara. She was respectful of my privacy but also available to chat any time I wanted. We had breakfast one morning together, which was lovely. She gave me advice on places to visit and how to get there. One day when my plans fell through, I decided to take Barbara up on her earlier offer to go on a full moon hike. It was one of my favorite memories there. I joined her and two of her groups of friends (maby 30 people?) on a hike to watch the moon rise above the Golden Gate's North Tower. I got some amazing photo's and enjoyed the company of many people who had been living in SF for years. It was fun to hear their stories and join them in a three picnic table long feast. Barbara is a wonderful woman with lots of compassion for others. I recommend anyone looking to experience a plethora of what northern California has to offer besides just SF to stay here. You don't have to worry about parking, you can be on the seacoast in 20 minutes, in SF in 15, in Napa in an hour and have the peace of mind of safety and comfort. :)

  • Chie was a warm and charming host, who made us feel like guests at her home, rather than participants in an airbnb experience. We very much appreciated learning about Japanese tea and tasting her delicious homemade sweets, but even more so we enjoyed the company of Chie and her cats. Also, we had the misfortune of visiting during a typhoon, which made it difficult to find a taxi to get back to our hotel. Chie called a friend who drove us all the way back, and accompanied us herself. We were both blown away by her kindness and we had a great time. Highly recommended!

    Sigve Reiertsen2018-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful time with Chie. She was super friendly and welcoming, and taught us about the different styles of tea and sweets in a comfortable way. Her English is really good, so we were able to understand each other perfectly. Chie is a graceful, friendly and approachable host! Truly recommended Also, she has three gorgeous cats

  • I was lucky enough to find a charming room with wonderful views of Sausalito! The home was hidden away in a beautifully landscaped hillside and so serene. I especially enjoyed the view waking up and at dusk. Walking down to the main street along the water is a memorable experience full of quaint shops and eateries. The weekend morning vibe in Sausalito is also amazing, and so accessible. Barbara was very hospitable, friendly, and accommodating, with the home very quiet and provided a peaceful environment. I look forward to another experience in Sausalito with Barbara!

This sun-filled, 1/BR + 1/BA garden unit is private, yet close to everything you will want or need! Located within steps from Crissy Field, Palace of Fine Arts and Marina Greens. Building owner resides on property. Everything is included (utilities)
This cozy condo contains most everything you'll need for an extended stay, including a kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, and cookware, as well as linens for the bed and bath. Living room includes a sleeper-couch that will accommodate additional guests, and a flat panel TV. Unit also has a private, enclosed patio with dining space and grill.
A dreamy neighborhood on the edge of the bay, the Marina entices shoppers, diners, and picnickers to crowd its boutique-lined streets and hilly green space. Offering unmatched views of the Golden Gate Bridge and front row seats to witness water’s ferocity, this high-end haunt can be a bit intimidating. Sporting a come-hither type of trendiness, the Marina is busy with window browsers by day and bar hoppers by night.
  • Otto is a great host. Very knowledgeable about the area. Friendly. Helpful. The place is in a great location close to the marina, chestnut and Union street. All walking distance. Many things to do and close to public transportation. Safe upscale neighborhood. Would recommend to friends and family. Fun vacation place but also great place to stay for a while.

    Laura2018-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is super clean, functional, cozy and well equipped. It demonstrate a very good Italian taste, essential and warm. I found the apartment even much better than what I was expecting from the pictures! The owner family lives in the building. Otto and Marta and their kids are extremely nice and warm. Being there it is like being part of the family. They are always there next door with a smile to help with anything you may need. I strongly recommend staying at Marina Condo. So far one of the best experience in the area.

    Giuseppe2016-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Otto is a really people person, he's incredibly nice and careful to his hosts and is able to make them at ease. The home is exactly like showed in the pictures and the garden is bigger and manicured than what I thought. The kitchen is supplied with everything, food processors, moka, coofee machine, microwaves, dishwasher, oven, a toaster and a lot o dishes, cutlery and pottery (there is also a big bbq in the garden), even the bedroom is well equipped with a lot of pillows. Wi-fi availble, washmachine and dryer as well. The perfect position to stay in SF, closed to everything and the bus stop is right in front of the home. Overall a positive experience that I wish to repeat next year. Highly recommended a stay to Otto's apt.

    Chiara2018-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Otto's apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures! it is sparkling clean and the kitchen has anything you could imagine. I lived there for two months and there wasn't anything I needed that I did not already have! Otto is also thoughtful of his guests needs: he surprised us with a highchair and a crib for our toddler. When we arrived, there even was wine for us on the table and milk for the little one in the fridge! He treats his guests like family!

This charming and peaceful studio in Sausalito has it all: privacy, amenities and a convenient location. Easy street parking and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and waterfront. Enjoy a comfortable queen-sized bed, flat screen television, kitchen and private bathroom.
Situated in a quiet north Sausalito neighborhood that is still extremely walkable (please view below map for a sense of location), the garden studio is perfect for those who would like a relaxing stay during their time in the Bay Area. Located at the back of our main house, the garden studio has its own private entrance and is charmingly appointed. Please note: there are 26 stairs down to the studio from the property entrance (in groups with flat areas in between). As such this is probably not an appropriate listing for those with mobility issues or injuries that may prevent them from walking up and down stairs. While we love animals no pets (including our own) are allowed in the garden studio out of consideration for our guests with allergies. Minimum stay is 2 nights. With a queen size bed and pullout sofa bed, the garden studio can fit up to four people. Guests should bear in mind that it is a studio set up with an open floor plan. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or special requests. Toddler size air mattress and Pack N Play crib available upon request. Sausalito is a charming town, with great restaurants, local character and is conveniently close to the city of San Francisco. It's a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of exploring SF. It's also close to other Bay Area attractions and activities like Mount Tamalpais, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, Marin Headlands, Point Reyes and Sonoma and Napa wine country. The garden studio is located in northern Sausalito, approximately 1.5 miles for the Sausalito ferry terminal, with easy freeway access.
For those who like to be outdoors and active, the options are limitless. There are plenty of nearby hikes, easy access to Marin bike paths, free tennis courts within one block of the studio (as well as basketball courts, a soccer field and small track) and nearby kayak and paddle board rentals.

  • We felt assured in quick responses to our inquiries. We located the home easily, in the dark. The location is easily accessed though one most likely wants a car to get around. The two breakfast sites suggested, The Lighthouse and Cibo’s were excellent. We enjoyed Avatars as well. The abode is comfortable with plenty of reading material.

  • The studio was very quiet and private, and in an excellent location. All the basics were there to make my stay comfortable. I appreciated the notebook of info on the area. There are quite a few steps to navigate, but automatic lights helped at night. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

  • A great Air B & B close to restaurants & a 5 minute walk to an excellent grocery store. A leisurely 20 minute walk into the heart of Sausalito with good public transport. My place is close to Downtown Sausalito, San Francisco, Muir Woods, Sausalito ferry, family-friendly activities, nightlife, the city center. We do live on a steep hill, so having your own car/rental car is highly recommended. You will have off street parking in our driveway. You’ll love my place because of the tree-filled neighborhood, the comfy bed, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Non-smokers only.
The guest room is on a separate floor and has a private patio that looks out on eucalyptus trees. We are close to cafes, a market and the adorable waterfront & downtown of Sausalito. (Everything is about a 5 min drive). Non-smokers only.
We are in an excellent walking neighborhood if you like to stroll, it feels like you are in the woods, note that it is hilly.
  • Loved this place! Great location and easy to come and go. Very hospitable family.

    Sarah2018-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful home, and very clean. Just as described in the listing. House was about a mile from downtown which was pretty convenient in getting to that area. There was also a great little grocery store (Mollie Stone’s) at the bottom of the hill that we frequented for snacks or a quick bite going or coming. Sea Trek was also less than a mile away, where you can go to kayak or paddle board on the bay, which was awesome and highly recommended (weather permitting... i.e. sunny and not too windy). Getting to the house requires climbing a fairly long and steep street (as is usual for the majority of houses in Sausalito I suppose), so be prepared for that if you’ve had a long day of walking. Uber and Lyft are also available in this area. Overall, would definitely stay here again if ever vacationing in Sausalito again.

Great place for young carefree travelers. Arguably the best neighborhood in SF. Located within 2 miles of the Golden Gate Bridge, 4 blocks to the Bay and Marina, on the corner of the famous Chestnut Street which has many bars, restaurants and shopping. Easy access to best locations city wide.
One bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat. Location is spectacular. Lovely room with lots of amenities available. One and a half bathrooms, two toilets, one shower... Super friendly Boston Terrier lives on site. This is an ideal offering for someone looking for a comfortable room in an awesome location as a base for exploring the City. It is less ideal for those who want to lounge around the apartment, work from "home" and/or do a lot of cooking.
  • Anthony's place is in a perfect location - walking distance to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, beautiful scenic sights and hip bars. I had a great stay in the city and would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in SF.

The decor is casual and bright. There is a glass sliding door which opens to a deck overlooking Willow Creek School. The private entrance is adjacent to a grove of Eucalyptus trees. It was an artist's studio and has a skylight above the sitting area. We welcome all visitors.
    Non-smokers only.
The neighborhood is serene. It is a planned development and only those living on Lincoln Drive use Lincoln. There is not a lot of traffic.

This is a lovely place to stay, just minutes from San Francisco. Halfway between an apartment and a hotel suite, it is the 1st floor of a 3 story building with a private entrance and an exclusive driveway. Please read our numerous glowing reviews.
Sausalito is a great place to spend a night...or a few decades (I came here for three months from NYC...thirty years ago). If you're visiting San Francisco, this little village is right on the north side of the Golden Gate Bridge...a charming alternative to big city hotels. It's a convenient HQ for trips to SF with easy access to the California Coast and the Wine Country. Nightly rates range from $99 for isolated single dates to over $200 for holidays and special events (when a minimum number of nights may be in effect). This recently renovated modern unit is like a luxurious hotel suite with a private entrance and no other access from the rest of the building. It's like a studio apartment without a kitchen (just a microwave, beverage cooler, and coffee maker). A separate bedroom and closet behind french doors (shown open and closed in the photos) with a comfy queen-size bed. A living area with a beautiful sectional, gas fireplace (ignited by a remote). There's a small dining area and breakfast bar. Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub (with a European-style hand-held shower head, not one mounted on the wall), bathroom sundries and separate WC. It also has a big screen TV (with cable) in the main room and a second little TV in the bedroom, as well as WiFi. There is no kitchen, but there is a beverage cooler, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, coffee machine, coffee & tea, popcorn, condiments, serving supplies, and a private patio. There is a driveway exclusive to the Suite which leads to the private entrance but most Guests prefer to park on the street which, unlike most Sausalito roads, is wide and flat. Some cars which are low to the ground (like my litttle convertible) can't cross the crest of the sidewalk, so it's good that there is ample street parking. It is one beautiful floor, approximately 650 square feet, with an entrance off its own patio with two tables (the umbrellas in the photo were destroyed by storms...twice and are no longer there). There isn't a pool or luscious landscaping (thanks to the drought, the lawn has reverted to a field), just a restful and private enclave. I do my best to juggle the check-in and check-out time needs of the Guests, looking for a compromise between them to allow enough time for a thorough cleaning. It's a half-block off Bridgeway (Sausalito's main road), five stoplights to Highway 101 (five minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge and less than an hour from the wine country) with a bus stop at the corner and off-street parking. A private driveway leads to your front door (if you don't have a low-slung car like I do). It's within walking distance of the Post Office, Grocery, Tennis Courts, Schoonmaker Beach, Banks and Restaurants. Just minutes to SF and a short drive to the Redwoods, Beaches, and Wine Country. It is one mile to the Golden Gate Ferry which goes to downtown SF and The Blue & Gold Ferry which goes to Fisherman's Wharf. It's a great getaway. Feel free to ask any questions.
The Suite is two blocks from an upscale supermarket and walking distance to a dozen restaurants, from Mexican to Chinese to French casual. Within one mile, there are over a dozen; Italian, Mexican, Chinese, American, Thai...and Sushi Ran, one of the most-awarded Japanese restaurants in California.
  • Great place to stay in Sausalito! Joseph was very nice and his place was just what we needed.

  • We had such a wonderful stay at Joseph's. As a host, Joseph is very welcoming and accommodating. Whenever we had any questions, Joseph was easy to get a hold of and sent a timely response. An added bonus is there is also parking with this rental! The location is perfect! Its within walking distance of downtown Sausalito and is surrounded by a number of wonderful, well reviewed restaurants. One review mentioned a coyote in the backyard? I believe this was a fat neighborhood cat. They're are no coyotes. We will be back!

  • Would have rated 5 stars if the bathroom had a shower in addition to the jacuzzi bath.

1930 vintage sunny home has water views from every room and 3 bedrooms/2 baths. Sleeps 6 very easily and is furnished with contemporary and antiques. Updated gourmet kitchen & baths, wood burning fireplace, hot tub and outdoor patio with views.
This listing has the charm of a classic 1930's home, with all the architectural details, molding, and hard wood floors. The views of the bay, Sausaito's charming community, and some of the marine activity.
  • My family and I enjoyed the house. Location is perfect and house is welcoming and cozy.

    E.J2015-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • We did not have a good experience at Jim's home. A skunk was in the heating ducts and the house was basically unliveable for 2 days and then smelled horribly for another 7-10. Every time we turned on the heat the entire house filled with the terrible odor. The fire department even told us we should get out(yes they had to come twice - once in the middle of the night waking our 8 month old baby). Jim was also VERY present..aka he appeared at the house no less than 7 times (sometimes when we were there and sometimes when we weren't). It felt very invasive and like he was continually "checking" on us. He also tried to accuse us of our dog scratching the carpet and of dying his white sheets red. When we asked him to show us what he was talking about he could not, as it was completely inaccurate accusations. Additionally, he tried to make us pay an additional cleaning fee, telling us it was our responsibility to pay the maid. We did not do so as we know and saw through the transaction that Airbnb already charges for this. We couldn't wait to leave.

    Christina2019-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • Jim was a wonderful host. The house was beautiful and comfortable and helped make our trip so special.

    Cindy2015-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • Jim was responsive and attentive. The listing is accurate, but the fourth bedroom is a bit tight. I would have not really considered it a bedroom. Jim welcomed us with a bottle of wine, clear instructions, and the most incredible views! The kitchen, furnishings, and charm of the home exceeded our expectations.

    Joan2015-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • Jim's home is a charming, beautifully located home in gorgeous Sausalito! The views are breathtaking, the beds are comfortable and everything works in the kitchen. It was adequately stocked with cooking supplies and utensils, and had plenty of space. We stayed there for 5 weeks during July and early August of 2018. The area was quiet and had a unique and pleasant vibe. Sausalito is a great town, and we were able to get everywhere we wanted outside of Sausalito easily. Wonderful home base for activities all around the area. Jim is a considerate and responsive host. I would definitely stay there again if I were staying in the area.

    Lori2018-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely time at this Sausalito home. The views are beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub, particularly on the chillier nights! It was perfectly situated to explore both San Francisco and Marin County. Although we did not meet Jim, he communicated clearly and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy upon our arrival!

    Anna2015-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • The house was perfect for our purposes. The host was a good communicator. The bottle of wine left on the table for us was a very kind and welcome touch. Parking was a bit challenging for guests but that was more a function of the surroundings than of the house or the host. The owner is an artist and we very much enjoyed his art surrounding us as well as the beautiful views and natural environment and wildlife. (i.e. Hummingbirds). The kitchen could have used more silverware, but that is one very small issue in an otherwise very enjoyable experience with an accommodating and lovely host. Thank you Jim for the use of your lovely house in this very picturesque setting. We very much enjoyed our stay.

    Drew2015-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful and comfortable house with fantastic view! Jim is nice and polite. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and beautiful, we even saw a deer in front of the house. 5 minutes driving to Sausalito downtown and 15 minutes driving to San Francisco. We all have good memory there and hope to stay there again.

    Barry2018-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • Bob is such a nice and accommodating host. Bob is an elderly man and truly one of the most interesting, active, and accomplished people I have ever met. The breakfast he prepared for me each morning was much more than I expected, it was quite the spread! The room and bed was very quaint and comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is to make sure you can open the door with the key before Bob leaves, as I had trouble with the door at first.

    Maggie2018-06-19T00:00:00Z
  • This is probably the nicest and most authentic area in SF within walking distances from waterfront. Bob served us breakfast in an exquisite settings. We spent very memorable time there.

  • Good location. I had to get up early each day and the floors and doors definitely creak so I felt like I was disturbing the owners. They were nothing but nice though.

  • Cozy studio in a great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking at home. Easy to get around without a car--within walking distance of several bus lines, restaurants, shops, and Safeway. Appreciated the basic cleaning supplies available to keep the place tidy during my month-long stay. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

  • I used to live in San Francisco, so know how exceptional it is to be located 1/2 block in from the water in the Marina. If you are interested in outdoor activities, this location is paradise. I also loved the studio apartment. It is on the very top level, with tons of windows and great light, and access to a charming rooftop deck, with great views all around. I was entirely comfortable during my month stay. Shelley is an excellent host, highly responsive and flexible, quickly addressing the few minor questions I had during the course of my visit. Highly recommended.

  • Michael's place was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. The bed was luxurious, we never wanted to get up in the morning. I have never seen such a stocked kitchen at an Airbnb before. Anything you would need, was there. It was a pleasure cooking in Michael's kitchen. The location was fabulous. You could walk anywhere. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Plus, pet (dog and cat) friendly.

  • The house was beautiful, spacious, and the perfect location to explore San Francisco, Marin, or Napa. It really was convenient to not worry about parking in SF when the ferry from Sausalito or a Lyft ride is so convenient and relatively inexpensive. The neighborhood is quiet but within a block of a an amazing market, great restaurants, and several nice cafes. I’d definitely recommend this house to those that want a nice quiet getaway and/or a great homebase for exploring the Bay Area.

  • Mimi and Moab’s place is your ideal place for a visit to SF. It’s amazing to stay in Presidio Heights and we walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Presidio Park is right there and great for less touristy exploring. Mimi and Mosh are the most thoughtful and welcoming hosts we’ve ever had through Airbnb. They met us in person, walked us through different maps and attractions, and checked in consistently. At the same time, we never felt like it was “too much.” They have a beautiful garden we enjoyed with wine every evening and always felt like we had our own space. The apartment itself has everything you need, from shampoo to speakers so you can still listen to your favorite podcasts. We will be back the next time we are in SF!

Edwardian style residence with lots of natural light. that is close to everything and everything is within walking distance. Located in Cow Hollow between the Marina and Pacific Heights, a nice flat area.
Original San Franciscan bedroom with hardwood floors , a large window and good natural light. Nine foot ceilings. It's in the center of the home so there is very little street noise. Wi-Fi.
The neighborhood is geographically Cow Hollow, tucked in between the Marina & Pacific Heights. There are a number of great local restaurants and local shops to peruse on Union, Steiner and Chestnut streets. Make sure to bring good walking shoes! The Golden Gate Bridge, the Presidio, Crissy Field, Fort Mason, Russian Hill, and Lombard Street are all within walking distance. We're also a 25 minute bus ride or 20 minute drive to the downtown attractions of Union Square, the SF Museum of Modern Art (MOMA), the Ferry Building, and more. Fun Fact: 100 years ago or so, cows used to "wallow in Cow Hollow" as the neighborhood's grass fields were the perfect feeding grounds for the region's dairy industry. When waste from a local tannery ruined local water sources, the cows and the supporting industries were banished by the Board of Health in 1891, and the grassy fields gave way to the residential community you see today.
  • On arrival, I was met by Alison's husband Mark, whom I saw several times throughout my 3-day stay. Mark was genuinely friendly, offered up-to-date information about the area, made certain that the room suited my needs and was a great conversationalist. The location was perfect. Situated between the shops and restaurants of Chestnut and Union Streets, it was walking (or biking) distance to the Marina Green, Crissy Field, the Golden Gate Bridge and the Wharf. I drove up from Southern California and rather easily was able to find close, convenient street parking when I needed it. The room photos are accurate and the shared bath was always clean and easily available. I would definitely recommend it to others.

  • Alison is a Superhost for a reason. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as she was beyond hospitable. She emitted a very warm and homey aura, and diligently ensured that my stay was comfortable. From a hearty welcome when I first arrived at the reservation to immediate correspondence regarding any question or possible inquiry I had about my reservation or San Francisco activities, Alison responded promptly. I cannot say enough about my stay. Regarding the physical features of my reservation, I was comfortable. Physical access to the building and my room were seamless, and the proximity to a myriad of experiences was remarkable. My reservation featured a nice comfortable bed with a reading chair, desk, and nightstand. I really felt right at home. Alison's place certainly meets description and is a great stay.

  • Ying is a crazy great host. Evrybody can see the location is a 10 out of a ten, but she is giving the name Airbnb a pride - she is giving you breakfast and she is there every second you need her with great advice. If you want to stay close to the center and do not do the other option i love - sausalito - you go with her. Ying and the place are just great.

    Gunnar2019-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Ying is an amazing host and her place is in the most beautiful area. It’s cozy, sparkling clean and it has a character. I’ll stay there again when I come back to San Francisco.

  • Lovely and very kind hostess.

    Monica2019-03-21T00:00:00Z
  • Ying was a wonderful host! She greeted us when we showed up, and showed us around, making us feel welcome right away. The room we stayed in was great - no issues at all. The home has a few other rooms that were rented out as well, but we didn’t actually end up running into any other guests during our stay! The home has a stunning view of the Marina, and was in a convenient location for us. Ying made us a lovely breakfast and coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again in the future :)

    Michael2019-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Do not hesitate to book! The location ia amazing, the views are priceless, and Ying is one of a kind! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect!

    Rachael2019-05-20T00:00:00Z
  • The place is in a very good neighborhood, the Palace of Fine Arts is a few blocks from there. The view of the place is great. The host hospitality is super and the responses fast. Great place to stay.

  • We found this little gem by accident on Airbnb. My daughter and I spent her 40th Birthday celebration in California and ended our last night staying at the Blue Pirate. The space was clean and comfortable, and the upper deck was the perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down, lights on the hill shine, and catch a beautiful view of the stars. Elana had great recommendations of places to eat and the views from the restaurant were so beautiful. We just wish we had timed it better to walk around downtown Sausalito for a bit, but we did enjoy breakfast there down by the bay. Elana was a great host!

    Dianna2019-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • The best place to stay in Sausalito.Amazing experience and wonderful host!!You can easily walk to the center of Sausalito!!If come back I would definitely stay at Elena wonderful place!

    Nika2016-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • Elana is a great host. She gave us a very warm welcome and was very communicative whenever needed. The area and also the floating Home are fantastic. We highly recommend that place.

    Burgel2016-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our time on the houseboat. The view out the bedroom window is lovely. We especially enjoyed eating our dinner up on the rooftop sitting area one night with a lovely view of Mt. Tam. Loved the firm mattress, slept great on it. She has two very nice thick blankets, but didn't have a thin blanket that was big enough for a queen bed. My husband and I like to sleep with a thin blanket so Elana did find a smaller thin blanket for us and then we used a throw blanket from the couch. That was literally the only problem though, and not much of one at that, everything else was great. Elana is very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and things to do locally. Loved the cat! Super friendly. :)

    Pamela2019-04-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay and experience the Sausalito houseboat community! Elana's cat Leo is our new best friend :)

    Kat2017-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Tranquil and spotlessly clean accomodation. Very quiet and restful and just a short walk to local shopping mall, diners, coffee shops, restaurants and marinas. Swimming pool is a 25 minute walk along a dedicated walking/bike path beside the water or 5 minute drive. Neighbours extremely pleasant.

    William2019-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • Elana is welcoming, generous, and knowledgeable about the area. She immediately made us feel at home with a glass of fresh tea she made. We enjoyed a lovely walk to downtown Sausalito where there are plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy. We also appreciated the restaurant recommendations! A great visit and we hope to be back!

    Linda2017-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • This houseboat was the coolest experience ever! It was amazing inside and out! The room was very cool in temp when all the windows were open and great relaxing views! The docks were lined with the coolest succulents and plants! I have Never seen so many in my life and loved waking up to see them daily! There’s so much to do in the area and great food! The houseboat cat was so sweet and no bother! The sunrises and sunsets were to die for and watching the fog (aka Karl) move into the bay was amazing to watch! We cannot think of anything negative about this place! Loved it ALL!!!! Go! You won’t regret it!!!!!

  • Kenny was an amazing host - he was so thoughtful, and his Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous - the pictures don't do it justice. It's extremely spacious and stylish and in an incredible location. We would stay here again in a heartbeat - thank you, Kenny!

    Anne2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • In addition to the hospitality of the hosts, the Marina Suite was stocked with every imaginable necessity. A scenic walk through Fort Mason leads to Fisherman's Wharf. A short walk north leads to the shops & restaurants of Chestnut Street. Directly across is Marina Green with views of Alcatraz & The Golden Gate Bridge. Kenny & Jessica will immediately respond to any needs & questions you may have. A great stay.

    Michelle2019-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • We were lucky enough to be Kenny and Jessica’s first guests at Airbnb. The apartment is so modern, stylish and clean, situated at one of the most convenient locations in San Francisco. Minutes away from the beach and from supermarkets and restaurants. Kenny and Jessica were incredible hosts. My friend and I were constantly amazed by their hospitality and their kindness. Small touches like stocking up the fridge and buying us organic fruits and flowers, to big things like helping us with our laundry when we were running late and offering to bring us a fan because we were caught in a rare San Fran heat wave. I can’t recommend this amazing place enough.

    Sara2019-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • Great location! Can see the marina from windows! Walk across the street for great views of Golden Gate Bridge. Bike rentals and Safeway grocery store just a few min walk away. Cool vibe with remote control shades and underbed lighting. Very comfy beds!

    Dee2019-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • The place was absolutely adorable. Clean, modern, great amenities and the location was perfect. Hosts were awesome! I wish I could have moved in! Only thing I would say is that their pictures do NOT do this awesome place justice!

    Britney2019-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Kenny’s place was exactly as pictured and the location can’t be beat! The beds are super comfy (memory foam) and the shower was a treat! The property is beautiful and the private parking was a huge bonus. Communication was great and he was very welcoming. He greeted us on arrival to show us around and gave us recommendations for local events during our stay. Absolutely love Kenny and his place! Would definitely recommend to friends

    Anjoli2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great location beautifully appointed suite. Very clean very thoughtful amenities… Very well priced... definitely a gem!

    Jennifer2019-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Kenny and Jessica’s hospitality is outstanding. The suite and lovely touches including fruit, and a fridge with some essentials and other snacks. The location is perfect, right by the marina with views to die for. They were always on hand to check everything was ok and I ended up working from their apartment roof to catch some evening sun. The apartment is spacious and check in couldn’t be easier

  • Great, place, very comfortable. Very clean and had everything we needed. We decided to eat in one night, it would have been nice to have a TV. We LOVED the deck and spent more time on it than expected. We wouldn't hesitate to return. When we arrived, Penny was there to guide us to the right area. She was flexible with our checkout time which we really appreciated since we weren't due to pick up our daughters until the afternoon.

    Theresa2017-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great stay at Penny's place, perfect for my needs. There is a Target and bus terminal a short walk from the house. I was also delighted to see a family of deer that decided to come down onto the neighbors property to find stuff to eat on a regular basis! Would stay here again

    Matthew2018-02-15T00:00:00Z

    Nancy2018-11-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay in Penny's place, clean and true to what is shown in the pics.

    Nancy2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment has everything you need and Penny is very responsive and helpful. Note that if you do not have a car you will be using uber a fair bit as there isn't much within walking distance, although the uber rides were usually very quick and under $10. Thanks Penny!!
