Brand new historical renovation themed as the Poet's Library! 10-minute walk to Heinz Field.
HISTORY Our private studio apartment, nicknamed the "Poet's Library," will take you back in time to when The Hamilton was built in 1893 by Irishman William Hamilton and his wife, Mary. We themed it to be the Library to commemorate Irish poets of their time. William and Mary Hamilton emigrated from Ireland to Pittsburgh before the Civil War. Once settled, Mr. Hamilton manufactured coffins for the war, and over time his business became known as the Nation Casket Company. His excellent craftsmanship could be seen throughout the magnificent home, from the hand-crafted mantles to the winding staircase. Around the time of the home's construction, Allegheny City, where the North Side now rests, housed some of the wealthiest people in the country. Over time the wealth decreased, crippled by the Great Depression. Birgo Realty stepped into the space decades later with a plan to revitalize the Irishman's home to its past splendor. By complementing original features with modern innovations, Birgo Realty restored "The Hamilton" to honor Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton's vision. ☆ Featured in Manchester house tour two years and counting ☆ Historic Register LAYOUT AND AMENITIES - First-floor studio apartment - Brand new renovation, including kitchen and bathroom - Original woodworking from 1893 - Queen-sized bed - Full bathroom including hand soap, bathroom tissue, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, bath towels, hand towel, wash cloths, makeup cloths, etc. - Full kitchen including Keurig Compact, Folger's medium roast K-cups, non-dairy powder cream and sugar, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, spices, pots, pans, cookie sheet, cutting board, utensils, paper towels, Brita filter, etc. - Dining table - Living area complete with a Roku TV (cable TBA) chairs, a couch, coffee table, and games - Lounge (common room open to all guests and residents) Furnishings TBA - Building shared with long-term tenants PARKING - FREE street parking all around the building. We absolutely love living in historic Manchester! As one of Pittsburgh's original neighborhoods, it's easy to walk to local restaurants and shops. The surrounding homes are stunning. The stadiums are within walking distance of the apartment. The North Side is a perfect location because it's minutes from everything in the city! We're a few blocks from one of Pittsburgh's largest park's which hosts many events including the farmer's market on Fridays in the summer/fall. Explore restaurants on Western Ave like Peppi's and Nicky's Thai. Visit nearby museums such as the Carnegie Science Center, Andy Warhol Museum, and Mattress Factory. Check out the beautiful North Shore with stadiums, music venues, and restaurants. Easily cross the river to downtown, Market Square, Strip District, Cultural District, Lawrenceville, and more. Read more about our neighborhood in our personal guidebook once you check in!
  • Shannon’s place is amazing. It’s true to the pictures and the rest of the house is just as beautiful. Shannon and Johanna are great hosts. I was the first person to stay here. I assure you they are real people (not an automated listing) and the place is real. Will stay again next time I’m in Pitt.

WOW. There is no real way to describe the detail and architecture of this place. It was carriage home by millionaire’s row in the 1900s and is still a historic building in PGH. The architecture is truly amazing, not to mention the convenience today! You can walk to all the stadiums, casino, and countless bars, restaurants, and breweries! The T takes your right downtown for FREE and is less than a half mile walk.
Perfect for all travelers. So much character it is truly beautiful. We provide all the amenities you will need for your stay like Wifi, linens, towels, soaps, shampoos and more! We want you to feel at home. Your comfort is our mission
It is a short walk to the stadiums (a half a mile away), less than a mile walk or bike ride to downtown. It is close to PNC Park, Heinz Field, Andy Warhol Museum, the Three Rivers Casino, National Aviary, plenty top notch restaurants and much more! Very centrally located.
  • This place was fantastic! Awesome location, beautiful space, nicely decorated, all amenities I needed and very clean!! I highly recommend this place, I had a great experience with Matthew who was very accommodating, quick to respond and helpful!

  • Good location for family and sports events. Be causious this is a 2nd floor apt and the people below don't appreciate noise (kids playing, etc). We had issues with the shower not draining at all. We informed the host but could not get fixed sinceeaving early the next morning. The host was responsive, but it was clear the issue was there before we arrived.

    Brian2019-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • Stylish apartment close to everything Pittsburg has to offer. Our group thoroughly enjoying spending a couple nights here. Would stay here again!

    Alvaro2019-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Super responsive host. Great location if you’ll be spending time at PNC or Heinz. Street parking was a breeze.

    Corey2019-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • Location, location, location! This place is a short walk from the metro, from the park, from a local coffeehouse, a local pub, and in sports season - I'm sure you'll love a short walk to Heinz Field or PNC Park. Beautiful architecture rich in history is what really makes this place stand out. Matt's attentiveness as a host as well as his team is what eased my family's nerves since it was their first extended stay in an AirBNB. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone - don't miss out

    Marisa2019-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Definitely a great spot to stay to take in a game! But if you're not familiar with Pittsburgh and you're visiting to explore the city, you'll be at least one (large) bridge away from most attractions and nightlife. Our stay was perfectly pleasant, and while the place could use a good deep clean, overall everything was as expected.

    Bree2019-05-29T00:00:00Z
  • The place was a little hard to find and the sheets were stained, but it was overall a nice place. From a previous review, and the fact a bathtub was pictured in the photos, I was under the impression I would be able to take a bath, but there was no plug for the drain.

    Kristen2019-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Accurate description. Old home. I would probably stayed in a more lively area if I go back. The communication from Matthew was great. The only negative was that the cleaner wasn't finished at the time of our check in. Matthew let me know ten minutes before the check in time. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

  • The apartment is very nice, clean, and comfortable. That being said parking is difficult with the location. The entire street is permit parking only, making it difficult to access the apartment.

    Sadie2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • I liked the house very much. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. In particular, I would like to praise the service attitude of Matthew. We delayed the arrival of the plane due to delay. Matthew quickly gave us a refund. After we checked in, he gave us A lot of suggestions and reminders, and also answered our questions very timely.

  • Cute place in a great location. Jack was a really good host, had lots of information and tips about the local area. Room was small but cute. Shared bathroom down the hall was almost always available, and there were more upstairs when it wasn’t.

  • Together, we have over 30 years of experience in managing customer service businesses. We have spent years working to anticipate our customer's every need and aim to exceed all expectations by going above and beyond. So, needless to say, we are hard to impress when it comes to the receiving end of customer service. So, when we say that Jack has mastered hospitality, this is not a phrase to be taken lightly. Jack did all the things you would expect..... * he was prompt to return all correspondence * he provided us with a clean room * he was polite and helpful * he offered a good value at a fair price BUT it wasn't all those things that impressed us. Jack went above and beyond the call of duty. Jack understands that his guests will remember the little things..... * he greeted us with a smile at the door when we arrived * he helped us carry our luggage up the steps * he gave us a personal tour of his home * he sat with us on the roof top deck and shared the history of the house and neighborhood * he had our fridge stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks * he had an entire library of maps, brochures, menus, and must see attractions * he had our own personal maps with our location marked on every map * he gave us suggestions on what to do, where to go, and how to get there * he has a world map where visitors can put a flag with their name and where they are from * he provided the little things that we needed but didn't have like a hair dryer, face wipes, body wash, shampoos, etc... * he provided a bath robe, fresh large bath towels and personal bath mat * he provided wine and drinking glasses, plates, plastic ware, and all the extras we may need * he offered the use of his personal kitchen * he provided bicycles fully equipped with helmets and locks ...... and I could go on and on! Jack was a Phenomenal Host! He was always accessible but at the same time he allowed us to have our privacy for our much needed quality time. The price and location drew me to Jack's Place but the superior service will keep us coming back! We came for a Steelers Game and the location was perfect! Fans were tailgating in the parking lot right next door! We walked to the stadium just a few blocks away. We flew in and spent the entire 5 days without a car. This location is perfect! We enjoyed the local restaurants and the park next door. We took the Subway to see downtown and the famous Strip District. We fell in love with each other all over again and fell in love with Jack's Place and Pittsburgh as well. Jack, thank you for making our Pittsburgh trip one that we will never forget! We...

  • This place is in a great neighborhood. We parked the car and walked EVERYWHERE. It is on a not too bust street that has a very walk-able, friendly feel. The local food and drink establishments a block or two away became out hang outs. Everyone we met in the area was friendly. Jack is a great host and knows a lot about the area. It would have been interesting to just spend a morning over a cup of coffee learning about the neighborhood and its history. Jack really cares about keeping the area "local" and historical and his place reflects it. Jack makes sure you know where everything you need is in the home and is very accessible if something comes up that he might not have covered. The view from the roof is very nice. We only got the tour as we often closed the local eatery or watering hole down while chatting with locals. The nearby park is a great place to walk. Lots of families and laughter. It is places like this and people like Jack that keep me coming back to AirBnB.

    Vince2018-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • This place is perfect for one or two travelers who can appreciate staying in a historic location. The facilities were well-maintained and not quirky. No water temperature or pressure issues whatsoever. I was the only one staying at the house because I traveled Sunday through Tuesday. So I didn’t have to share the bathroom with others. I appreciated the hospitality and be sure to read the street signs when parking. The neighborhood has street cleaning done on the second Monday on one side AND the second Tuesday on the other side of certain streets (which coincidentally was during my stay). Coordinate with Jack for a city electronic parking permit so you can park on streets without pay stations for free.

    Jeff2019-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • Jack was a generous and informative host. Communication was great and he greeted me warmly when I arrived, showed me to my room and told me all about the neighborhood. He provided maps and written information and had lots of recommendations for local restaurants and attractions to visit. I was in town for a conference so I didn’t get to spend too much time in the house, but I slept like a baby and felt right at home. The house is located in a beautiful historic district of Pittsburgh, in a neighborhood which is rather quiet, which was perfect for me. I was a twenty minute walk away from the Mattress Factory and the Andy Warhol museums, and only a short ride across the bridge from downtown. Great host and lovely, welcoming home and neighborhood.

    Erin2018-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first experience with Airbnb and I was bit nervous because I had a early race during one of the days of my stay. Fortunately my host Jack was beyond accommodating during my stay. From when I first arrived he gave me a detailed layout of the area with spots to visit and showed me around the beautiful house finishing on the roof top patio which had an amazing view. During the next two days I literally felt like I was home, I was able to rest undisturbed but if I needed anything Jack was more then accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you want a host with great local knowledge of the area. Thanks for the stay Jack!

    Richard2018-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Jack is really a good and friendly host. He has a lot of stuffs prepared in guest rooms. On the first day, he told me about the history of house and the city. Every question I got he had an answer for it. There is a park next to the house which is really good for jogging. The roof deck is nice and makes me feel relaxed, and the sight is gorgeous. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. It is a place that can make you feel like home.

  • My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Greg's Electric Shop! The place is very stylish and well thought out. I would much rather stay in Greg's place over any hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find the complimentary wine when we arrived.

    Suzanne & Rick2019-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • I loved, loved staying at Greg's! I was there for about three weeks and will stay again next time I am in town. The space is a beautiful renovation of an old electric shop. It is comfortable and modern with everything needed including a washer/dryer. I was in another part of the city most of the time but often walked to the neighborhood restaurants for late dinners. By chance I caught a fun poetry reading one night at the City Books store as I walked 'home' from dinner. Greg was helpful and quick to respond, a terrific host. Access to the other parts of the city is fast and easy. I HIGHLY recommend this space.

  • Wonderful stay at this spot. Conveniently located, beautifully designed, and spotless. I was thrilled to have a private off-street parking spot, as well as outdoor seating. If you need anything at all, Greg is quick to respond. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Pittsburgh!

    Kristin2019-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • This was a terrific place to stay for our visit to Pittsburgh. I’m not sure I can say enough wonderful things. The details Greg provided for check in and in the house manual, especially the pictures of the door, made it super easy. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Pittsburgh.

    Deb2019-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • My son and I had an exceptional stay at the Electric shop at Heinz Field. Greg was great, and a very accommodating host he was readily available. I can’t say enough. If your a sports fan and particular about where you stay I don’t think you could find a better suited place. This place is remarkable ! My son plays hockey at Chatham University and I’m planning on staying here through out his season Very excited to call this place my Home away from home

    Robert2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I just returned from a 5 day stay, and we're already planning our next time to go back. By far our best air bnb experience to date. Greg went above and beyond --- wine on the counter when we walked in, was quick to answer questions I had prior to arrival, and it was clearly evident that he took pride in his place. The design, the amenities, the location : all perfect. Do yourself a favor and book several nights (or a week!) and get ready to relax and enjoy the city. On a planning note: we ran, walked, or biked almost the entire city from the location. We saw a Steelers game (right around the corner!), Visited the strip district on a Saturday morning, rode the Duquesne incline and hiked some trails at the top, rented bikes (Pittsburg ride-sharing)and watched the sunset from Point State Park, and enjoyed breakfasts on the patio at the rental. Eats: War Streets Brewery, Burgatory, Gaucho (top restaurant of the trip--long wait, but worth it), Milkshake Factory, Uncommon Coffee were some of our favorites. We love to cook, so Greg's fully stocked kitchen was wonderful.

    Jessica2019-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • This place is awesome! Super clean and stylish! Love the complimentary wine too! We had an issue with figuring out the heat, and Greg came right over to help and even stopped by again the next day with a space heater just in case! The location is perfect for game day as it’s just a quick walk down the street. I wish we could have stayed longer! If you are torn between here and anywhere else, book here hands down!

    Lytashia2018-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • I would highly recommend this quaint historic bnb. The host was extremely responsive. The amenities were excellent. It is within walking distance to all the North Shore attractions. We took a 10 minute stroll to and from the Garth Brooks concert at Heinz. Amazing how comfortable they made a condensed space.

Wonderful roof deck ! ...with views of Pittsburgh. On this block -lots to do, see, eat, brewery! Central location; walk to Downtown, park, walking/jogging trails, stadiums, museums, National Aviary, Science Center. A real Victorian 22 room home and roof deck with a City-feel of skylines, sitting above the trees, sunsets over the Ohio Valley, and moon rising. A second double bed guest room in this house is available under the title: "Pittsburgh's Exciting North Shore".
My home is a townhouse with a roof deck near Allegheny Commons Park in National Register Historic District Allegheny West; minutes to downtown Pittsburgh...Allegheny General Hospital, Heinz Field and PNC Park. Near River Heritage Trail for biking and walking. Minutes to the free subway to downtown, museums, stadiums. Guests arrive through the security-coded front door and live on the second floor with window views into the tree tops. Parking is handy where the host parks or in front of the house. The bus stops across the street. Restaurants: Nikki's Thai, Georgio's Italian, Peppi's, Lindo's Greek, and Biers Pub, and Allegheny Sandwich Shoppe. Gertrude Stein was born here. Andy Warhol's brother has a business here and the one-man artist Warhol Museum is minutes away. Martha Graham was born and raised here as was Andrew Carnegie. Large historic trees dot the Allegheny Commons Park across the street. 19th Century architecture, Stadiums, walking distance to Downtown and many museums and restaurants/cafes! Guests can walk or jog through the beautiful Commons, and over the Roberto Clemente Bridge or Rachel Carson Bridge into downtown and Point Park and the Ft. Pitt Museum.
  • The rooftop deck was amazing! Jack was so hospitable, easy-going, and very knowledgeable about the area. It was walking distance to bars, restaurants, the park, Andy Warhol Museum, The Mattress Factory, and Randyland. We would definitely stay there again!

    Melissa2018-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Jack's place is a very pretty and confortable place to stay. You will find yourself in a very historical place in Pittsburgh, very close to Heinz Field and in a very good place in Town. I was surprised by the history of the place, which Jack kindly explained and presented to all the guests. If you are just going for a Steelers game you will be in an awesome place. It's just a 10 min walk to the stadium, but make sure to hang around for a few extra days to know Pittsburgh too, Jack will give you all the hints, you will not regret it.

    Thiago2017-11-27T00:00:00Z
  • Jack was very gracious. Met me right away and explained the layout of the space and the neighborhood, and even added the history of the site, which really added some character and charm to the stay! Great view of the Northside and view to downtown.

    Mike2018-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • Jack is a charming wonderful host. Passionate about his home community and seems to love hosting visitors. I totally recommend his place.

    JooHee2018-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Great place in a great location. You really get a sense of Pittsburgh history from the house and Jack does a great job of informing you about that. Roof top deck is beautiful. Jack is super friendly and great with communication.

    Travis2018-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • I will agree with everything said by previous guests. This is a lovely place and a lovely host and a very good price. So; I was very happy with my stay and would make that my choice again when returning to Pittsburgh!

    Nicoline2014-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • Jack was able to accommodate our check-in even though the time changed from ~9:30pm to closer to 11pm. The location was great. Close to Aviary and to the train station to downtown.

    Kazuko2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent location - within walking distance to everything....both stadiums, Point State Park, downtown, gorgeous Calvary United Methodist Church. Jack was a superb host - taking time to give lots of information and tour of his historic home, amazing roof deck. He was thoughtful to lend us ponchos as it was to rain and he knew we were going to the Steelers game - they came in so very handy and kept us dry...would have been miserable without them! We had everything we needed -thanks, Jack!

Pittsburgh’s Historical Manchester District will set the background to your stay in this modern unit. Feel the Pittsburgh love at Faulsey Flats your personal piece of Historic Pittsburgh.
Built in 1883 Located on Pittsburgh’s North Shore in Historic Manchester and minutes to Heinz Field, PNC Park, Stage AE, Rivers Casino and Allegheny General Hospital. The North Side is convenient to all major highways within seconds. The Pittsburgh metro Red and Blue lines end in Manchester and is a short 10 minute walk to the station from Faulsey Flats. This unit is full of light, high ceilings and modern & vintage furnishings. One dog allowed with prior notice and $50 a month pet fee.
Fast food joints just blocks away. Corner grocery one block down the street. There are many great restaurants on Western Ave just blocks from the location. Be sure to stop at The Modern Cafe, Peppi's and Benjamins!
  • The couch in the living room is actually a very uncomfortable futon. The internet is also very unreliable. The apartment was very cute and nice but was just not comfortable for someone who would spend a lot of time there or for someone who needs internet for school especially long term. Also outside of business hours it was hard to get in touch with someone at the managing agency. I had to call a locksmith to get into my apartment after I had locked my keys inside because I was told the company did not unlock doors during off hours if at all.

    Brooke2019-05-26T00:00:00Z
  • Working out of town for several months can be stressful... Finding Fred's place made it a much more pleasurable experience. The apartment is tasteful, clean and well appointed, the building is beautiful and I loved the feel of historic Manchester. The neighborhood is quiet and always felt safe. Communication with Fred and Vivian was quick and easy. Would definitely book again if I were coming back to Pittsburgh for an extended amount of time!

    Emmanuelle2018-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • During my time in Pittsburgh, I had the chance to stay in two of Fred’s units for the past seven months. Both of which were very clean, comfortable and very much worth the price. Fred and his leasing agent were a pleasure to deal with and whenever I had an issue, it was easy to get in contact and the issue was resolved immediately. The area was awesome too! Close to some great food spots and the proximity to Downtown is perfect as well. If you’re new to Pittsburgh and you need a GREAT place to stay while you’re figuring things out, I 100% recommend Faulsey Flats.

  • This place is wonderful, especially for the price! Lots of amenities, VERY deep bathtub and lots of space for a small group. The stairs are very steep, but for able bodied folks it's not bad. Matthew was very quick to respond to our questions!

    Benny2019-07-11T00:00:00Z
  • Outstanding 3rd floor flat with plenty of room to spread out. The two bathrooms were excellent, the many towels were clean and ready for all our guests. And the kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast or lunch. Great value near the heart of Pittsburgh.

    Derrick2019-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • Matthew’s place was spacious and comfortable. We loved the flexibility of the sleeping arrangements and the simple but functional set up of the whole place. We had everything we needed. Check- in and check- out were a breeze. But the real star of this place is the location- easy to find, close to SO much great stuff (stadiums, museums). Oh, and the off- street parking was amazing, too!

    Emily2019-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • Was clean and convenient and located close to everything. Off street parking was a huge bonus

  • Wonderful location in the loveliest part of the north side of Pittsburgh. We were able to get downtown quickly, out to visit family easily and felt very safe and comfortable no matter what time of day it was. My son loved being up in the loft area and my dog enjoyed walks at the nearby park. Home was well appointed with everything we needed and as a bonus had terrific water pressure in the shower. It's a great run down to the Allegheny River walk and across the Clemente bridge to downtown. We visited the Children's Museum and got an occasional coffee from La Prima over at Allegheny Center. Highly recommend Nicky's and make sure to eat in the garden. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

    Lauren2017-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Skip and Kate's place was in a great location in a cozy neighborhood. We stayed there while attending a convention at the convention center, a quick 5-10 minute drive away. The place has ample parking while being only a reasonable walk away from Allegheny station. Place was perfect for the 3 of us, though it could easily work for more. Response was fast and all our questions were answered promptly.

Historic / Contemporary 1860's Home. Nearly 3,000 square feet to enjoy! Well-behaved dogs are welcomed. Please see the "Other Things to Know" section for dog guidelines.
Welcome! We will be very glad to host you and your pups, and will do whatever we can to make your stay a great experience. We do this to financially support the work of Agape Africa Fund, which works on behalf of the medical missionaries who serve at Bongolo Hospital in Gabon, Africa. About Our Home: The main level offers a contemporary open floor plan between the spacious living and dining rooms, and the modern kitchen. Original hardwood floors, tall windows, and floor-to-ceiling brick chimneys are contrasted by the modern furnishings. The kitchen has a large marble island with breakfast bar and lots of counter space. Everything that you need for cooking is here! A convenient half bath has been added on this level. 2nd floor: colorful media room with surround sound, short-throw projector for movies and online viewing (there is an Amazon Firestick) on a 120-inch full-wall screen (sorry, we have no regular TV's in any other room). The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, Corian countertop, and a luxurious walk-in shower. Also, there is a full hallway bathroom and 2nd-floor laundry. 3rd Floor: bedroom with a full-size, bathroom with a shower, and a large office. Not quite as "perfectly finished", but still very nice and comfortable! There is window air conditioning throughout our home and many of the rooms have ceiling fans so things stay quite comfortable most of the time! (No central A/C at this point). While our entire home is very comfortable and safe, there are details throughout to be eventually finished. It is a very long labor of love when you have an old house!
Located just across the Allegheny River from downtown Pittsburgh and a short walk up the hill from Heinz Field, this beautiful home is in 'Allegheny West', an Historic district full of beautiful homes and mansions, and is an up-and-coming restaurant and brew pub area.

  • Doug’s house is phenomenal. We came to the city to explore, having never been there before. Doug’s house was so easy to get around from. We walked most places, or Ubered anywhere a bit further. There was easy street parking right by his house, and he helped set up a permit for the weekend. His house is stunning- beautifully restored, with everything you would need in it. I would definitely come back!

  • Dougs place was amazing I love old buildings like that. I was there for a Steelers/Patriots game, GO STEELERS which they won 17-10. But anyway if you come to Pittsburgh for a game of any sort especially a Steelers game this place is perfect, it's clean, spacious and the location is the best part. If you come for a Steelers game you can see the stadium from the front stoop. Thanks again, Doug, I hope to stay there again in the future. Travis

  • This loft is exactly how it was described. The owners provide such a fun atmosphere by the way they use the space. We were able to walk to breakfast and walk home from the Steelers game with ease.

  • Great space.

    Ben2017-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • This loft was magnificent. Located in a quiet and safe neighbor with plenty of parking literally right outside the entrance. We spent 4 days there for the NCAA national wrestling championships at PPG Paint Arena. From the loft it is an easy 6 block walk to the subway (the subway is clean, well maintained and free) and about a 10 minute ride on it and we were at our stop 2 blocks from the arena. By the way Heinz Field is at the same subway stop 6 blocks from this loft so it’s convenient to all the sports venues. We got back late (after 11) a couple of nights and felt safe and secure walking back. There are 3 fast food places on your way back. Even a small grocery store and a couple of nice local restaurants nearby (Check out Peppi’s if your in the mood for a great cheesesteak!). Elaine was a great host, super quick to respond to our questions before we booked, gave us a bunch of local info, and even met us at the door when we arrived and showed us around. Can’t say enough things about the loft itself! A lot of unique features. Fully equipped kitchen, an extremely comfortable king bed made it hard to get up each morning, and an a shower that was ‘to die for’.. We will book this place whenever we get back to Pittsburgh again.

  • It's in the middle of the city and the house is pretty big and clean. I loved the artistic displays at almost every corner of the house. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Pittsburgh.

Newly renovated, artfully-appointed, spacious two-story, two bedroom apartment (1000+ sq. feet) located in Pittsburgh's North Side, one of the most architecturally rich and centrally-located neighborhoods in the city. Within a short walking distance to downtown, Heinz Field, PNC Park, Stage AE, The Warhol Museum, The National Aviary, local restaurants, and more (all within a 10-15 minute walk or less). Premium cable, high speed WiFi, & Bluetooth speaker included. Plus, a free parking pass!
Our two-story, two-bedroom apartment is located in Allegheny West, on Pittsburgh's Northside. Officially the smallest neighborhood in Pittsburgh, Allegheny West is home to 19th century architecture characteristic of the gilded industrial era. Originally named Allegheny City, the neighborhood was considered the gold coast of the region, and stood among the wealthiest in the world before annexation by Pittsburgh in 1907. Built in the 1870s, our apartment is part of a historic row house district. Many of the original floor beams, as well as exposed brick, were preserved during the renovation. Ceilings were restored to a 12 foot height throughout the living room and kitchen, while lofted ceilings were constructed in the bedrooms. The neighborhood is home to a mix of eclectic small businesses and historic sites, including City of Asylum bookstore and performance venue, local restaurants and charming bars, craft breweries, coffee shops, art museums, RandyLand, and historic sites, such as the birthplace of writer and poet Gertrude Stein on Beech Street. Nearby is Allegheny Commons, a beautiful and tranquil city park with tennis courts, and boasts a locally famous popcorn and snowball stand (seasonal). We hope you enjoy the setting as much as we do!
Metered parking is available directly in front of our building. Free guest permit parking available on street behind the apartment (we provide a guest parking permit free of charge). Our parking permit works great for Steelers game day, Pirates games, and stadium events (including concerts). We are located within a short distance of Heinz Field, so close that the parking lot across the street is used for fans and charges $45-65 to park on game day, making the free parking parking pass that is included in this rental a huge perk!
  • Great place in an excellent location, especially for the stadiums and casino. Good breakfast lunch and dinner places right on the street. Modern Cafe is a non-pretentious small bar with a good beer selection. Allegheny Sandwich Shop has a good breakfast. Nicky's has excellent Thai food. Benjamin's good burger fare. We warned to stay out of the Shamrock Inn by a few locals and that looked like good advice. Parking pass that is included is wonderful if you drive in, we parked on Lincoln and found parking easily. Where we could not walk, we took Uber pretty cheaply. Hosts were great, everything was setup, no surprises. Spot-on recommendations on food, beer and things to do. Easy walk to the Mexican War Streets areas, nearby park is nice for a morning stroll. 30 minute or less walks to downtown, point park, station square, Mt Washington (via inclines), north shore restaurants, the John Heinz History Center (a really good sports/Heinz museum), etc. Western Ave is not all that busy and traffic dies down for the most part at night, so traffic noise is not an issue. You will get a few sirens, some from ambulances from the nearby hospital. All in all, we had a great time, felt safe wherever we walked, had good food and really enjoyed much of the city. Thanks Jeb and Alissa!

  • This has been, by far, my favorite place I’ve ever stayed at with Airbnb. This place is so stylish and the rooms are huge. Great restaurants within walking distance too. Nicky’s Thai is a block away and is very delicious. Loved all the amenities! Thank you for hosting me in your lovely home!

  • I could not have had a better experience staying in this fantastic Townhome! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and right at home... I genuinely believe they could and should charge more for the stay and I would gladly pay it. Heinz field is a 10 minute walk, PNC Park 15 minute walk, I walked over the bridge, downtown and back and loved it! There is a bike rental station 1 block from the house which came in handy as well. I would come back to Pittsburgh just to be able to stay in this house again. Thank you for doing it the right way and helping me have an unforgettable weekend!!

  • Beautiful, spacious place great for people looking to catch a game and explore the Burgh on foot. Don't miss the neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops and the National Aviary. Highly recommended!

  • This space was amazing! Jeb and Melissa were very responsive and were so great to deal with - easy and knowledgeable. The space was super clean and the rooms were great for our group of 4 adults and a baby. They were so great to give us a small bed for our son to sleep in also. The sheets and towels smelled so fresh and so nice! Also the added touches with the organic and non-gap shampoo and conditioner was great also! Such a considerate added touch that was appreciated by everyone. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all dishes and pots/pans we needed. Also it’s beautiful! Location was perfect, and nearby restaurants were many for us to choose from. Thank you again for your hospitality! Will come back next time forsure :)

  • Location, location , location....the condition of the residence, coupled by the area made my wife’s first visit to Pittsburgh very memorable. We chose to use ride sharing services and the most we paid to the area attractions were $9. We will definitely stay there again on all future trips.

BARGAIN ROOM 3 - This is a 2 Bedroom Suite with a Kitchenette and Private bath. Two rooms for the same price as my one of my Rooms with a Private bath. Stay in my BEAUTIFUL Victorian mansion filled with lovely antiques. This is a 2 Bedroom Suite divided by a door adjoining the rooms with a Kitchenette and Standalone Private Bath, located on the 3rd floor. The Rooms are fully furnished with bedding, linens, pillows, towels, hangers, tissue, and facial/hand wipes. The Shampoo, Conditioner and Soft Soap are in the Bathtub. When packing, don’t worry about finding little bottles to fill/buy or carrying the full size, I have them for your convenience. I also have items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, razors, etc.). These are available upon request, just ask. There’s also a blow dryer, flat and curling irons, and a set of hot rollers (lol) available upon request. A 7-11 is located cat-a-corner from my house (100 feet) if you need anything else. It’s open 24/7. The Iron and Ironing board are behind the door located on the second floor dining room. You may fill the Iron in the kitchen sink, empty it when finished and leave it on the kitchen counter. The iron is cordless. Keep it in the cradle when adjusting your garment so it stays at the desired temperature. You may help yourself to the iron and board or message me and I’ll set it up for you in the kitchen. Either way is fine. The Bed in the room with The Kitchenette, is a “Victorian Queen” in size. It’s smaller than a traditional Queen but larger than Full. It’s listed as a Queen Bed since there’s no selection for a “Victorian Queen”. Victorian Queens are 5 inches shorter and 6 inches narrower. The room without the kitchenette has a reproduction of a Victorian Queen but is the size of a Traditional Queen Bed. The rooms have Fireplaces but the back bedrooms fireplace is blocked off and the front bedrooms fireplaces gas is turned off. Anyone that lives in the midwest and east coast, know we suffered unusual high winds this winter which caused damage to my fireplaces. So I turned off the gas to all fireplaces at the source for safety reasons. My house doesn't have central air so there are radiators for heat and window air conditioners for cold in the summer. Each morning, I provide a continental breakfast which includes a variety of items. I’m conscientious of the dietary constraints, special needs and allergies my guests may have so I ask in advance if there are any. I make every effort possible to provide options and ensure their safety. I purchase Organic foods when possible. I’m educated for the following types of allergies, special needs and diets: Gluten-free, Lactose intolerant, Milk Proteins, Corn, Soy, Peanuts, Eggs, Dairy, Wheat, Red Meat, Tomato, Onions, Fish, ShellFish, environmental, Diabetic, Different types of Vegan: 1. Vegetarian 2. Lacto-Vegetarian 3. Ovo-Vegetarian 4. Semi-Vegetarian 6. Flexitarian/flexan 7. Pescatarian 8. Pollotarian 9. Vegan The coffee starts brewing at 8:00 am and all the perishable items are brought out and available by 8:00 am. Breakfast is not provided earlier than 8:00 am. If you want coffee or tea sooner, just hit the start button on the CoffeeMachine and or push up the button on the Tea maker and help yourself. I prepare the Coffee and water the night before so it’s ready to go at the push of a button. The Non-perishable items are always available in the dining room. All rooms are Clean, decorated with antiques or reproductions, have the original hardwood floors (there’s carpet in 2 areas where I couldn’t restore the hardwoods), crown molding, some have Wainscoting, some with fireplaces, and some rooms have the original gas lamps that were converted to electric. I originally bought my house to run as a full service B&B with all the amenities of including gourmet breakfast, daily room cleaning, nightly bed turn down (yes, the chocolate on your pillow) and a daily Happy Hour with wine, cheese and crackers served in the parlor. I did open and run my full service B&B which turned out to be too much work for an older single woman. After a year, I decided to try the Airbnb model. I stayed at a couple before I booked my first guest. I’ve found that I have a place that’s in between your average B&B and an average Airbnb listing. The Airbnb concept is two fold: 1. Provide people with additional income renting those guest rooms that friends or family stay in every few years. 2. Provide a more affordable means of lodging. Airbnb ranges from things such as tents and treehouses priced around $15 a night in rural area’s all the way to beautiful 4 story Victorian mansions providing 95% of the amenities that 5 Star Hotels provide. So, although the business model is the same in each case, it provides a wide variety to Customers (guests) looking for something that fits their needs, budget and lifestyle. My guests are immediately immersed into the ambiance of a beautiful old Victorian era home and neighborhood with that historical value that only a 143 year old home may provide. The guests reap most of a B&B benefits without paying the price that other B&B’s in the cities charge. Many times less than 1/4 what people will pay in designated B&B’s, Hotels or Motels. It’s really good when you can get a 5 Star experience paying 2-3 star motel prices. The big advantage more than the historical beauty and service is the location. Location, location, location! That’s what is usually the most important thing. I'm the closest Airbnb, B&B, Motel or Hotel to Heinz Field. I'm also centrally located to all areas and events in the city of Pittsburgh. I’m only blocks from everything once you jump on the T (The Pittsburgh Light Rail) that’s a few blocks from my house, free and will take you within blocks to most city attractions, events and popular area’s. You’ll enjoy my home and in particular this suite if you have a need for 2 rooms. Just remember to bring things to drink and snacks that would normally need refrigeration but you can’t get that in most places you stay but with the kitchenette, you have that along with a microwave. The privacy, views and tranquility is what you’ll find with this suite in the city atmosphere. I HAVE A TOTAL OF 5 LISTINGS IN MY HOME: Links to the other 4 rooms are below. Copy and paste the URL to display the each listing. ROOM 1 https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/15370037?s=51 ROOM 2 https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/183298?s=51 ROOM 3 https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/14157821?s=51 ROOM 5 https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/14572449?s=51 ———————$$$$$$$$$ This room is located on the entire (what I call floor 3 1/2. There is a 3rd floor at the top of the 3rd flight of stairs, currently not in use. This suite is up another flight of stairs which consists of 6 steps to floor, 3 1/2). One Room in the Suite is ROOM 4, it’s in the front of the house and has a view of Mt. Washington and Downtown Pittsburgh (gorgeous!). Since you’re approximately 60 feet from the ground floor, it stays rather quiet even though the street gets busy at times during the day, events, Football and Baseball games. The other Room in the suite is called ROOM 3 and faces the back courtyard. Behind my house is an historic church that has one of the largest collections of Tiffany glass in the world. It's listed as an historical landmark and you may want to see if the doors are open. If not, walk around the grounds and check out the beautiful exterior that contains much detail, you’ll see more and more craftsmanship and architectural nuisance’s each time you look at it. I’ve lived here almost 8 years and every now and then, I’ll notice something I never saw before, it’s an amazing church. That in itself is an awesome experience. The Private bathroom is just down the hall on Floor 3 through the empty room. Approximately 20 feet from each door in the suite. Since there’s no one on the 3rd floor, it’s an entirely private 3 and 3 1/2 floors, the rooms are together oddly in this 143 year old house. It’s quiet during the day and night for a house in the city but the rooms are up high and the brick walls are thick. You will hear noise but it’s not like you would expect. This suite is great for Family’s, two couples, a few friends, etc. perfect to visit Pittsburgh and have an entire 3rd floor suite with its own bath and small kitchenette. As a reminder, I supply all bedding and towels. Just bring yourself, suitcase and toiletries. I even have toiletries if you forget them. I have a long list of amenities so don’t worry if you forget or need something. If all else fails, there’s a 7-11 diagonally from my house, approximately 60 yards on the opposite side of th
The house is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. Also known for the original millionaires of Pittsburgh. My home is 143 years old. The neighborhood has all Victorian and row homes built in the 1830's to 1900. Rich in history and culture. The neighborhood is quiet in the evening and very safe. There's a mixture of businesses, family homes, and apartments. The owner of the Steelers lives one block from my house. Art Rooney Sr. Lived in the neighborhood most of his adult life. I have a cat named Sam. He's a big old guy. 30 pounds and 15 years old. Sam is very friendly and welcomes all my guests when he's out of my room. I recently rescued a baby kitten that's 14 weeks old as of 10-20-16. He's very shy and doesn't go near people. Sam is allowed to roam freely throughout the house, so if you don't want Sam in your room, make sure to close the door. Please make sure NOT to leave doors to the outside open, Sam's an escape artist and will run out when he gets the chance. I'm sure the baby kitten will try the same, especially if he follows Sam. Both cats are indoor only cats. I usually don't let the kitten out of my room when I have many guests. He is a terror and gets into everything. The kittens name is Kingdom. He's getting bigger and smarter and sometimes will escape from my room. If you see him, please let me know. He has no problem venturing every floor in the house, but will run if he sees someone he doesn't know, which is everyone except me. Sam usually stays with me or flops down in one location unless he's getting attention from a guest. Sometimes Sam will take a particular liking to certain guests and follow them to their room. If allowed, he'd stay until they fall asleep, once he knows they're safe, go back down to my room. I do keep my door locked when it's bedtime and have both cats with me. Sam has fallen asleep with a few of my guests. Most recently a young girl. The father left the door ajar as he was sitting on the porch. The little girl remembered that I said Sam will usually leave the room once the guests fall asleep and he knows they're OK. She pretended to fall asleep, then she really did. Her dad found them both fast asleep when he went back to the room. He texted me asking if I was looking for Sam, I was. Sam heard him come in, got up from the bed and headed back to my room. They sleep in the room with me and know when it's bedtime, usually. For those that may have allergies, my house is all hardwood floors which I keep very clean. The cats have never bothered anyone with allergies. They may bother you if Sam decides to sleep with you.
  • Had a great time staying at Denises, the house was beautiful! The house was super clean and Denise was more than willing to give suggestions or direction information. Denise also had bagels and coffee available in the AM, and water bottles available. Will definitely stay again next time in Pittsburgh. House was only 10 minutes away from everything! Great location.

  • Great rooms in a beautiful old home which is centrally located. Walking distance to Heinz field. In a a quaint area with little restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

  • Denise's place is a dream! We were there for over a week and her house (and her hospitality) made us feel right at home in Pittsburgh. The house is very clean, well-decorated, and cozy. We had lots of lovely conversations with Denise and she gave us lots of good tips on things to do in the area. There are lots to do within walking distance to her house (several restaurants, museums, parks, the stadium, etc.) which helped supplement our touristy activities without having to rely on our rental car too much. We weren't there for any sporting events so I can't attest to how the area is during the time frame but we found the neighborhood very safe and friendly when exploring. I highly recommend staying with Denise in Pittsburgh if you get the chance!

    Chantal2017-11-05T00:00:00Z
  • Denise was a fantastic host. Very communicative throughout the entire process, and incredibly approachable while we were there! We couldn't believe how close the house was to Heinz Field, and the parking was free and easy. The house itself is gorgeous -- has all the charm of a Victorian house and is beautifully maintained. The room was very comfortable, and we felt welcome in all the public areas of the house. Denise set up a nice continental breakfast in the morning and provided coffee and tea. We had a great time and are hoping to have an excuse to visit Pittsburgh again soon!

    Marielle2016-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful visit to Pittsburgh. Denise was a fantastic host. Her home is immaculate and so close to everything. We walked everywhere and found a quaint burger bar a couple of blocks away which we ate at often during our 4-day stay. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit.

  • Unique space. Very beautiful. Extremely loud and not all that private.

    Megan2019-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • Spectacular! So, I'm a local and I've been waiting (im)patiently for this space to become available for rental, and when it did I JUMPED! The details in this space are out of this world. Elaine has such impeccably eclectic taste and it could take you days to really take in all of the art and details. You can really get an experience when you stay here. It's just so incredibly beautiful, interesting and unique. It was everything I wanted it to be and more! The open layout is a dream, the natural light un-ending, and the warmth and comfort is spot on. Elaine's space is also super close to everything you could want in Pittsburgh. Within walking distance are awesome restaurants, the stadiums, museums and the neighborhood of the North Side is a true gem in itself. Right across any bridge into the city opens you up to such culture-rich experience as well. Also--Elaine and her husband Mitchell were very quick to respond and so courteous with welcoming us into the space, having a bottle of Prosecco chilling for us as well as a guide to what was going on locally during the time we were staying. We didn't get a chance to take a dip in the hot tub but it looked wonderful and the outdoor patio/courtyard, which is private due to being closed in by all of the sides of the building. I am an Airbnb junkie and I simply CANNOT recommend this space enough!!

  • This Airbnb felt like I was comfortable in my own home. I was in PGH for work and had meetings at Heinz Field and around the North Shore and it was an ideal location. There are several parks and restaurants / bars within a walkable mile. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well-appointed. Perfect for a stay in PGH for work or play. This would be an amazing place for a group of friends going to a Steelers game with an outdoor deck, off street parking, plenty of space, comfy couches and a nice kitchen. The host, Matthew was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and I will be staying here again!

  • This was by far one of my favorite places to stay away from home BY FAR. It’s the cutest space for a couple people. the deck out back is cute and private. parking is great. house is clean. beds and couches are comfortable. not to far from everything but far enough that it’s quiet. can’t hear the neighbors. shower and bathroom is clean. IT IS PERFECT. i’ll be back in a month or so, most definitely staying here again!

    Tyler2019-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • This is a bachelor pad to the core. No offence to the guys at Group Stay but there is not much of a comforting touch there. It is as advertised - a place to stay when you go for the games. It is very echoy so maybe some rugs in the bedrooms would be nice to absorb some of the sound - all of the rooms have very nice high ceilings! Also make sure you bring a sleep mask! The windows have shades on them but they let in quite a bit of light at night and especially in the morning. Some room darkening curtains would be appreciated. For what it was advertised for it was fine though and really close to things downtown.

There is plenty of parking in the area and it is a short walk to the stadiums/downtown area. Dennis is truly fantastic and has mastered the art of answering questions and making you feel welcomed while not being overbearing. His generosity and hospitality truly made our visit to Pittsburgh a great one. By far the best Airbnb experience I have had yet. If you’re visiting Pittsburgh do yourself a favor and book here - you will not be disappointed! Thanks again Dennis!

  • First of all, the historic house is extremely well updated with embedded modern touches. It is historic without being dated. Dennis is extremely communicative and helpful with great local suggestions, especially restaurants. The location is splendid with a short walk to most downtown Pittsburgh events. A gorgeous property worth a visit (or stay).

  • Dennis' air BnB is where you will find fantastic hospitality and beautifully appointed Victorian rooms with well thought-out amenities. He has overlooked nothing. It is across from the beautiful park on the North Side of Pittsburgh and close to so many things to see and do! Dennis is very accommodating and friendly and you will immediately feel comfortable, at ease and "at home" in his BnB. You will not be disappointed with a stay here!

Take a step into history! There is no real way to describe the detail, architecture, and location of this place. It was carriage home by millionaire’s row in the 1900s and is still a historic building in PGH. The architecture is truly amazing, not to mention the convenience today! You can walk to all the stadiums, casino, and countless bars, restaurants, and breweries! The T takes your right downtown for FREE and is less than a half-mile walk.
It is close to PNC Park, Heinz Field, Andy Warhol Museum, the Three Rivers Casino, National Aviary, plenty top-notch restaurants and much more! Very centrally located.
  • Great location in a very safe neighborhood. The house has been updated and had all the amenities we needed. Great for a weekend trip with friends. Matt always responded quickly with any questions I had and even helped me with parking. There was free street parking a block away. Great place if you are going for a Steelers game. Very close to the stadium. I recommend highly! Thank you!!

  • This apartment is conveniently located, right near a park that our dog enjoyed and within easy walking distance of the river, the Mattress Factory, and other fun attractions. Matthew and his team were highly communicative throughout the process. We were one of the first visitors to this unit so there were a few finishing touches they were still putting on the apartment, but overall it's a very nice space. One note is that they were still in the process of getting a parking permit for this unit, so we didn't have permission to park on this block, but we were able to find free parking just a couple blocks away pretty easily.

  • Quiet neighborhood. Close to Heinz and PNC park. Parking is tricky at first, however it is free around the corner and there is free parking up to 6. Matthew is helpful with parking as well and help me with any issues that came up. 5 star host. Would stay again

  • What an awesome, central location. We could walk to the museums and downtown was a short ride away. Paula made check in and check out very simple, and she's available for anything you need. Very clean. Also, there's free parking in the garage for 2 cars which was a lifesaver. Would stay again.

  • This is place is absolutely gorgeous, clean and spacious. Has a very modern/urban and upscale vibe to it. Conveniently close to everything including some absolutely awesome eateries. Cherry on top is that Paula is an excellent host, who is very knowledgeable about Pittsburgh and is readily available to assist renters.

  • I can’t say enough about this place. Excellent location, even better interior than described, excellent host. The neighborhood was great, so close to the football stadium, baseball park, casino (all walking distance). Downtown isn’t far, and the neighborhood bars were great.

  • The townhouse was a great spot for the couple of days that we stayed-- a pleasant neighborhood and a unique, comfortable space. Paula was great-- really appreciated her offering an extra key, a place to park, and shoveling in the sub zero winter weather!

  • Paula’s place was amazing! It was very clean and had more than enough space to accommodate. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay outside of downtown Pittsburgh. Very homey vibe and Paula is a wonderful host! 10/10 would recommend.

This Victorian brownstone is on one of Pittsburgh's prettiest streets. A comfortable, updated house that is good for a group of friends or family to enjoy while they explore Pittsburgh. We stock the house with all of the things you need for your stay. We have been listed since 2016 and believe we offer nice place to stay for folks touring the downtown area. We try to be competitive so we do charge extra for additional guests. Please be honest. No smoking and pets ok with prior approval.
This 1871 brownstone is located in the historic district of Allegheny West. We are across Beech Ave from Calvary UMC church. This is a walking neighborhood where access to downtown is simple and quick. We take pride in offering comfortable beds with premium linens and pillows that you would expect from a bed and breakfast. This house has central heating and air conditioning so you will be comfortable during your stay. There are 4 main bedrooms and we have another room that is available for larger parties.
Listed on the National Registry of Historic Neighborhoods. Largely Victorian in composition. Italianate, Second Empire and Neo-Gothic brownstones line Beech Ave.
  • Clayton's home was perfect for our large group. There was ample space in the house and the location was super convenient. Clayton was very responsive and made great recommendations for our group to enjoy. Thanks a lot for opening your home to us!

  • This was our first experience with Airbnb and will definitely not be our last. Clayton is the perfect host. He couldn't do enough to help make our stay very special. From his recommended tips regarding local restaurants/neighborhood to having everything in place at his home - we couldn't have asked for more. His immaculate home is in one of Pittsburgh's most historic neighborhoods and is something really special. A real throwback to a more elegant and gracious lifestyle. Incredibly convenient to all major venues/attractions in town. Every detail was well thought out and provided for. The expresso machine and well stocked tea chest were a very big hit with our group. Three large bedrooms - two with fireplaces - hot tub, a formal living room, a TV/den and a formal dining room all added up to a wonderful experience with plenty of room to spare. Graceful, yet not pretentious - a livable feast of comfort and convenience. If the weather would have cooperated more there is an additional outside seating area/garden. We wouldn't hesitate to return next time we're in the 'Burgh. Thanks Clayton, for a very memorable experience.

    David2016-05-03T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time in Clayton's beautiful historic home. We had everything at the house that we could have needed. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood location was wonderful. It was just a short ride to some fun neighborhood spots and to downtown which made for a great mix. Parking was also super easy.
