  • This trailer is the way to camp! It went beyond our expectations. We found our first come first serve camping site, paid the fee and went off hiking for the day. Wendy set everything up for us so it was all ready to go when we got back to the campsite for the night. The trailer had EVERYTHING we needed. We had forgotten a lot of things (such as silverware, wine opener, etc) but it was okay because it was all there for us! The bed was super cozy, I slept like a rock both nights! The weather got down to low 30s during our stay and we were still very comfortable. Best camping experience ever, thanks Wendy!

  • Wendy was very helpful selecting a campground and a beautiful spot (Sand Flats). Check-in was seamless, the trailer was there when we came back from a day of hiking and had all of the amenities plus more (coffee filter press, tons of blankets!). It was cold and windy at night, but we were super comfortable and warm in the trailer. This host is super responsive and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Loved it, highly recommend!!

  • The trailer is a total gem! Wendy provides a great setup and is super easy to communicate with. The site we chose was along Highway 128 (Grandstaff campground) and we loved sleeping in a red rock canyon rather than in Moab itself. Our stay in the teardrop trailer was one of our accomodation highlights on our roadtrip. Not only is the mattress super comfortable, but Wendy has also equipped the trailer with everything you could ask for to make camping easy-peasy: headlamps, cooler box (aka fridge), fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, sink, kitchen utensils etc.). Thanks to the solar panel there is electric light and there are USB-charger outlets, which made it very easy to keep our phone and camera batteries charged to take many pictures of the beautiful landscape around Moab. We highly recommend staying in Wendy's trailer!

We didn’t give ourselves time to really cook or use any of the amenities that it comes with, but EVERYTHING was included. If we thought of anything we would need, it was already there.   • We had such an awesome time in this little teardrop camper! Communication with Wendy was amazing. Our campsite was right near a marathon starting point that weekend, so it was busy. I asked Wendy to drop the camper off right at check in so we could get a good spot and her husband found an amazing spot! You have everything you need to cook meals and I loved that headlamps were included because we forgot ours. The bed was extremely comfortable with very soft linens. This is a wonderful way to experience Moab and I’d highly recommend it!

  • Wendy is the best. She was very quick to respond to all of my questions as a first time camper prior to booking. She offered great suggestions of places to camp, and as soon as we arrived in Moab she went to our campsite and set the trailer up for us. Wendy offered great suggestions of places to eat in Moab and different hikes/outdoor activities. The trailer was comfy with little cabinets to store things in, and a gas stove, water tank, kitchen tools, camping chairs, outdoor rugs. Thank you so much for such a great stay, Wendy!

  • TITLE: Perfect location; wonderful hostess! My partner and I stayed with Erin at Horsethief in The LaunchPad B&B. Erin was the perfect hostess, assisted by Saabo, her wonderful dog - always welcoming a cuddle. Our room was large and comfortable; the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed; the public areas were spacious and welcoming; this was as close to The Arches National Park as we could stay - who could ask for anything more?! Erin was very helpful in what to do, when and where ... and very attentive about keeping The LaunchPad grounds productive - she provided fresh mulberries and apricots from her garden. Erin's recommended eateries fit perfectly with our "eclectic" tastes. Value-for-money? ABSOLUTELY! Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!

  • Erin was very welcoming and the room was a good size with a reasonably comfortable bed. There are a number of rooms so we met other travellers and could exchange information. Moab is a friendly town with lots of eating places. It's very close to Arches (which are stunning) and about 40 mins to Canyonlands. Thanks Erin for the bikes to ride around town.

  • Erin was a wonderful host, so welcoming. Everything about The Launchpad and our room The Horsethief was excellent. Great quiet neighbourhood. There is a lovely patio area, Erin joined us one evening and Mac played his guitar and sang. This made our stay very special. Also Erin had different lettuces growing and said we were to help ourselves. This was our first AirBNB experience and all I can say is the others we have booked have a lot to live up to, an amazing experience.

  • Let’s start with the positive - we arrived to a very clean unit. Unfortunately, it went downhill from that point. First, we were not given the advertised unit. This host has a provision in their agreement permitting them to substitute units. I contacted them asking about the provision and was told via email that “That’s fine, we can disregard that point. We’ll make sure you stay in the same unit you have booked; the alternative is very rare.” Then, I marked through that provision in the agreement and sent it to the host. The host accepted the altered agreement without the substitution clause. In addition, the host emailed “We have received your signed rental agreement and have notated so in your reservation. You’re all set for your stay in Moab!” Despite all of this effort on our part to receive the unit we booked and the host’s assurances that it would not be substituted, we were given a substitute unit without notice. I called them to discuss on the day we arrived. I did not receive a return phone call during our 5 night stay. Beyond being subjected to a substitute unit without notice, the unit did not have enough towels or shower amenities for us. Further, the living room seating may be enough for 4 to 5 people, far fewer than the sleeping arrangements permit. Finally, unlike other Air BnB units I’ve stayed in elsewhere, there was no effort to give us the basics like coffee and the like. Overall, our stay with this host was less than expected. Fortunately, it didn’t keep us from having an amazing trip to Moab!

  • Three of us stayed here for three nights and it served as a perfect home base for visits to the area’s national parks, Arches & Canyonlands. It took us about 5-10 minutes to get to the entrance to Arches, and about 40 minutes to Canyonlands. The townhouse is situated in a small, relatively new neighborhood that is still under development, but we were never bothered by any construction noise while we were there. There are many restaurants and businesses only a few minutes drive from the property, including a wonderful little sandwich shop/bakery called “Sweet Cravings”, which I highly recommend for taking sandwiches with you into the parks, as there are no food services out there. The unit itself was incredible, and loaded with plenty of modern amenities. The kitchen was spacious, open to the living room, and had views of the surrounding red rocks. Bedrooms were quite comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the house. We would definitely stay again should we travel to Moab again. Thanks for a great stay!

  • Beautiful, comfortable space with nice views. Very clean! Even better than the photos. We enjoyed use of the the kitchen, tree swing, and hot tub. Heated outdoor pool is not open year-round. Listing should be updated to include those specifics. As mentioned by another reviewer, we were also affected by the noise and music of the construction crew on the last morning of our stay (a weekday after 9 am.) I tried to ask about this prior to booking via airbnb and did not get a response. Proximity to the freeway also creates some sound at night. Otherwise, location is great for access to Moab shops/restaurants and Arches and we would gladly stay again. :)

  • This house is near a very noisy road and near a little standing point of water with a lot of mosquitoes. The outdoors equipment are clearly not useable.The Sheets haven’t been changed and the restrooms prooved that some people occupied thé house before we arrive.

    My home is what's known as a "timber frame" which I built myself in the quiet north-end of town near the Matheson Wetlands Preserve and a short distance from the entrance to Arches Nat'l Park. The master bedroom occupies the upstairs portion of the house and has a magnificent view of "The Portal". Note that the bedroom is not "walled off" as such from the downstairs, i.e. there is no locking door upstairs due to the nature of the home and the way the heating/cooling system works.
    As I mentioned in the basic description, the structure of my home is what's known as a "Timber Frame" which I built about 20 years ago. The joinery is all "mortise and tenon" and held together by wooden pegs or "trunnels" (tree-nails). It's the same way barns etc. have been built for hundreds of years. The timbers are all native ponderosa pine and spruce from the now defunct sawmill in La Sal. I've also built a lot of my homes furnishings.
    The entire town of Moab is quite unique...I probably don't need to tell you that. We're about 100 miles from Grand Junction and 250 from Salt Lake City; the nearest population centers. On the other hand, Moab is so majestically isolated that you could literally go on a different hike every day for the rest of your life and still not see it all.

  • We wish we could have stayed here longer than one night! The grounds were lovely–bungalows and townhomes surrounded a historic home with a pretty flower garden. A creek running through the property was the centerpiece of a little park, with shade trees, hammocks, a fire pit, grills and pool. The creek also ran behind our unit, just off the patio. Our townhouse was as described with a master bedroom and a second room with a bunk and queen (shared by the kids). I really appreciated how well stocked the place was—tons of towels, sheets, blankets, soap, etc. The kitchen was also well equipped and there was a grill on the patio. Great proximity to town of Moab, Canyonlands and Arches. My only complaint was the highway noise—we could hear the big trucks—but that’s pretty unavoidable as most hotels and lodging are on this road.

  • This home was brand new, very clean and well furnished. The location is not far from downtown, but not really walkable to food or attractions. Although this is an AirBNB listing it is essentially a rental agency using ABnB. They are only available during business hours to help unless there is a fire or loss of power/AC. We tried to call when we found the hot tub not working and there was no assistance offered. We found out the next morning that they knew the hot tub was broken but didn’t update the listing accordingly. I prefer working with hosts who own their property and care about the details versus companies that care only about the bottom line. To each their own. We did book at the last minute and are thankful to have stayed here. Hopefully the hot tub will be operational soon for future guests.

A email will be sent about a week prior to arrival date with entry code, etc. along with a contract.   • We really liked staying here. The location was perfect, only a short drive to town as well as Arches. The space was really well laid out and quiet. Beds were really comfortable (even the pull out couch) and there were nice pillows and blankets. Great bathrooms and showers and it was nice having a washer and dryer and a big kitchen and a two-car garage. Our teenage kids actually like it better than our house and wanted to stay. If we go to back to Moab in the future, we are definitely staying there.

Netflix should have been available but the TV was not connected to the internet unfortunately - to their credit they offered to send their IT guy out the next morning, but as we were leaving the next morning it wouldn’t have made a difference. Overall a good experience very close to all the sights.

    Comfortable queen bed, bedding and wood cabinetry inside of the trailer. This trailer includes a rooftop tent. The rooftop tent will give you the chance to sleep up to 4. Each rooftop tent has a queen sized mattress, in addition to the trailer. (Sorry, not pictured!) Please let me know how many people you will need sleeping accommodations for when booking. Well equipped kitchen off of the back, including a gas stove, stainless steel counter, hot water sink, custom wood cabinetry, and all cooking/cleaning essentials. Trailers are solar powered! USB and other charging ports for your convenience. Trailers also come with outdoor rugs and camp chairs for your comfort and convenience!

  • Ok, this stay was absolutely perfect! We are an “outdoor” family and the thought of traipsing back to a hotel every night to watch TV didn’t excite any of us. We found a great camp site at Big Bend campground, called Wendy to let her know where we wanted the camper and then headed out to explore arches. We came back that evening and everything was set up and ready to go. We enjoy preparing our own meals and the amenities provided with the trailer were top notch. The provided Yeti cooler kept everything cold. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great,falling asleep every night to the sound of the river just outside our door.If I have a complaint, it would be that my family wanted to leave the parks earlier then me because they wanted to get back to camp! While I never actually met Wendy she checked on us via phone and messenger. She was extremely attentive. I highly recommend Wendy and her Red Rock tear drop!

  • What a wonderful place! The location of the house is ideal to see both national parks and be to downtown Moab in around 10 minutes, but also is far enough away where there is no noise. The view from the deck is spectacular and stargazing at night was a great way to wrap up the day. The home was clean, had great kitchen amenities and was perfect size for 4 people and 2 dogs. Definitely will be staying again!

  • These units are brand new & very stylish. FYI - The are not connected though thru any interior doors, so you have to go outside and access the adjacent unit from either the front or back door. Other then that, the listing is really accurate & the units are located in a community of mostly all Airbnb / vacation rentals, so everyone around you will likely be visiting Moab as well and it's a great chance to meet like-minded people whatever your sport (biking, jeeping, sightseeing, etc.). Dustin and his team were quick to respond to our messages when a light bulb burned out and overall were great hosts. I'd recommend this property to anyone needing to lodge a large # of guests.

    Camping spots are at a premium here in Moab. There are options to chose from: We can deliver onto BLM property!! This means a lot of areas that are off limits to others...are open to you when you stay with us. Including the campgrounds along the river, up in the beautiful Sand Flats recreation area, along Kane Creek and out by Ken's lake. You can call any number of RV resorts for a camping spot. Most of these will have spots with 110v power for A/C, TV and microwave use. Boondocking...this is basically dropping the trailer out in the wilderness for you to enjoy Moab off the grid. If you want to experience some off grid camping, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended for the best spots. Low clearance and 2WD vehicles can still be accomadated but are limited to less private and scenic areas. Generator option also needed for A/C and we HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ONE DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS. The camper holds 60 gallons of water, which we find is enough for a few QUICK showers. For longer stays, we find that an rv park is more suitable. Keep in mind, the lights, refrigerator, stereo, hot water, etc...all run off batteries and supplied propane so that's a non-issue.

Didn’t feel like we were sleeping in an RV! The hosts were always a message away which was comforting. Everything worked great, including the rented generator. The hosts explained how everything worked, too. We appreciated their suggestion on where to stay based on weather and our needs. The location was spot on. We were tucked against the Colorado River where we were able to take a dip, and we were less than 5 minutes from Arches, too. We even enjoyed a hike outside of Arches a few minutes down the road.   • We had a great time staying in unit #18 at Moab Springs Ranch. The unit was clean, modern, and very well appointed with everything we needed and then some. The layout of the unit is very well thought-out and the design of the townhouse is such that there is nobody else above or below you. It's about a mile drive to the restaurants and shops in the center of town and there is a paved bike trail right outside along the property, which is very nice. The staff at the office was very friendly and accommodating, offering restaurant and activity suggestions. There is a very nice private park area with a pond and water features plus picnic tables and hammocks. The park has many mature trees offering great shade in the heat of the day. Off the park is the pool area which is also very well maintained.

  • Wonderful Airbnb! Very clean and tidy. Great location -close proximity to arches national park and downtown Moab with restaurants/activities nearby too. Host was respectful of our privacy and provided everything we could need. The pool was a life saver during the heat wave and was clean and refreshing but not too cold. The little community space was very serene with hammocks and a nice little pond where you could have a picnic. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to explore both the parks, activities, and town of Moab.

  • The unit is located in a new townhouse development, so the amenities are modern. Very clean and functional. Great hosts who provided simple instructions 2 days before. Four bedrooms accommodate up to 10 people, but 8 is probably best. The Master Bedroom is huge ... with a walk-in closet, bathtub, shower. Living room is quite spacious,and the kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals. Garage can hold 2 vehicles, plus two outside. Lots of street parking. Some notes: walls are somewhat thin so conversations from other rooms can be heard. Not really walking distance to restaurants/grocery stores in Main Street, but the drive is very short (<10 min). Bring dishwasher pods, paper towels, table napkins for home-cooked meals; they have cookware/dishes/silverware. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Moab!

We didn’t have a reservation but were able to arrive and find one. Wendy dropped the camper off and it was perfectly set up and super clean, comfortable and cozy. Great to not be in a hotel and to be away from downtown strip which feels congested. Wendy was responsive and gave us helpful suggestions about bike rentals. Wendy had thoughtfully packed in everything you could possibly need, with helpful tips for best taking advantage of the trailer. She had useful input on finding a good place to set the trailer up, and despite the complexity of the trailer being on a third-party site, the arrival/check-in process could not have been easier. This is a wonderful, affordable way to see the Moab area and have a little more nature in your backyard. Tip: The Moab Information Center can provide a list of everywhere in town that you can get a shower, if you end up needing that.

  • We loved staying in the teardrop trailer. There is everything you need to camp and is very comfortable. Wendy had our pitch beautifully set up within an hour of us finding our pitch. Wendy recommended Sand Flats Rec area, it was a great spot. Thank you very much we had such a great time and would love to stay again.

  • The teardrop trailer accommodation provided by Wendy far exceeded our expectations. She was timely and flexible with her delivery and had our camp entirely set up by the time we returned that evening. The trailer was cool at night despite 100+ degree temps in August with use of available dehumidifier and quiet fans. The yeti cooler was even able to be unlocked and taken with on hiking trips. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again.

  • Wendy is helpful and has great tips for your trip! The trailer was so cute, cozy, and very comfortable! We got to stay during a very rainy week, so having the trailer to come back and warm up in and stay dry was such a nice perk. When exploring Moab there is no way you can go wrong, everything is so beautiful, the trailer just made our trip that extra special to put it over the edge!

  • Book this now! Seriously. We were worried as first time “campers” but my, oh my were we so surprised at how much we enjoyed camping in this teardrop. Wendy is a great host and her trailers are outfitted with all modern amenities you could want. We stayed in the Sand Flats (per her recommendation) and enjoyed the sunsets, eating by a fire, and making coffee every morning. 10/10 would recommend!

  • This camper is one of the best ways to experience Moab! It was super clean and organized and I loved how self sustaining it is. I highly recommend for anyone visiting the National Parks around the city to come back to this cozy camper!

  • The teardrop trailer has everything you need and more! It’s the perfect amount of room for two people to sleep comfortably, has all the amenities you need to cook/eat/prepare meals, and the drop off and pick up are so convenient. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Moab that’s not too expensive Wendy’s teardrops are perfect! She will drop it off at any of the listed campgrounds and pick it up when you are all done! This made our trip so much easier and more luxurious than a tent!!

  • The teardrop was much more equipped than we expected. It was in perfect conditions! We camped on Hwy128, which was an incredible spot. Our stay was warm and cozy! The teardrop made our trip in Moab very enjoyable! Would definitely recommend!!

  • This little trailer is amazing, everything you could possibly want is included! It has lights, hot and cold running water, heater, fan, solar power, cooler and lounge chairs. Couldn't ask for a better camping experience (or actually glamping) in the Moab desert.

  • We absolutely loved our trip to Moab and the teardrop was even better than our high expectations. Everything was so clean and the space had so many great details and sweet touches. We loved the outdoor rugs and chairs, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bed space inside had all the cubbies and dimmable lights. They may seem like little details, but they made such a big impact on our comfort level and enjoyment. We will recommend this to all our friends to check out!

  • The camper trailer was great! You can really customize your experience by picking out a campsite and Wendy sets up the trailer. It was comfy and cute and has a great mini cooking setup on the back. Really elevated the camping experience!
