Quirky attic room!
I use this room so it has my stuff in it and isn't a long stay room - if I am away it is rented out, sometimes I will be there but only if work has been delay so I stay on the pull out bed in the lounge - often found asleep there even if no-one is stay its really cosy and in front of the TV!
I live in a lively part of town handy for going out and music venues above the Jazz cafe, opp o2 academy & 10min walk to the arena. Fabulous local pubs, coffee shop & bakery on Pink Lane plus all the usual chain establishments.

Originally the headquarters of Newcastle Breweries in 1900, The Bruce Building is a Grade II listed building with stunning original features. It has been transformed in recent years into luxury apartments and office suites, providing accommodation in the heart of Newcastle City Centre. At the Brewery Lane entrance, you may be able to spot something extra special… we’re lucky enough to have a WW2 watchtower on display which was discovered on-site during the renovation project! You can also look out for large photos in the hallways of the building for a sneak peek into this renovation project. Apartment 7, Rowan, is a studio apartment featuring a satellite flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, hob, an oven/microwave and a kettle. The apartment is one of our largest, accommodating a sofa, a dining table that sits two and a large double bed. It is south facing with large windows, meaning the sun comes streaming in on our not so grey days in Newcastle - but don't worry, it also has black out blinds for those who wish to enjoy a long lie in! Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are also provided along with fresh towels and luxury bedding. If you need anything extra, please don’t hesitate to ask! Newcastle is quite a compact City, which makes it ideal for shopping, exploring or just getting to where you need to be! The city really has it all; from history, culture and museums to the best shopping in the North East and, of course, our famous nightlife. Eldon Square mall is just two minutes’ walk from The Bruce Building and along with the excellent range of shops has just launched a new restaurant zone. Cuisines from across the globe are covered with options including The Alchemist, Chaophraya, TGI Fridays, Handmade Burger Co, Bella Italia, Georges Kitchen, Reds BBQ and many more. Visit intu.co.uk/eldonsquare/restaurants for the full list. We are directly next to Newcastle University Campus and a 2-minute walk from Northumbria University, so are in the ideal location for family visiting students during their studies or for graduation ceremonies. St James Park is also just a few minutes’ walk from The Bruce Building; the stadium is home to Newcastle United football club, church to many toon fans across the North East. We strongly recommend taking in a game if you can, the atmosphere is unbeatable! If you are looking to see a show, the Theatre Royal is only a 7-minute walk from the apartment, the 02 Academy is just 10 minutes and Metro Radio Arena is only a 20 minute walk away. Transport wise due to our central location, you can travel on foot to get to and from the main strip of shops, clubs and restaurants. If you want to venture a little further, the metro network covers a great deal of the city and Haymarket station is just across the road from The Bruce Building. Haymarket Bus Station is also just opposite with services reaching across the North East. The nearest airport is Newcastle International Airport, 5.6 miles from the building. You can get the metro straight from the Airport to Haymarket metro, which will drop you just across the road from The Bruce Building. The nearest train station is Central Station; you can walk up from here to The Bruce Building which will take you around 10/15 minutes, or you can hop on the metro stop at the station and get off at Haymarket. If you are a first time visitor to our city and would like some recommendations, please ask our host Jade and she will point you in the right direction! We hope you have a wonderful stay in Newcastle.

Quirky but homely flat - single bed that can change into a large double if needed! Good sized shared spaces (unusual for the location) Pets maybe considered must be arranged prior to stay.
Super handy for concerts and rail travel, 5 mins walk from shopping mall. A home away from home! Separate entry, sunny with city views and above an art centre court yard.
The room is on the quiet side of the street- but this is a busy inner city residence full of huddle and bustle make sure that’s what your after!

This is a cosy, comfy double bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat. Great location, easy access to all public transport and self check-in. Located in the heart of Newcastle the apartment gives easy access to grocery shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, banks/ATMs, etc. Within approx 5 mins walk to central train, metro and national express bus stations.
This is a modern 2-bedroom apartment in the centre of Newcastle, right opposite the centre of life. Its location is perfect if you are attending for a course, university work or just visiting the area. It is a 5-minute walk from the train and the metro stations (central station). There is a local corner shop (open till late) and a lot of takeaways, restaurants and bars, all within a 5 - 10-minute walk. This is one of two rooms (Room 1) on Airbnb in this apartment. The room is cosy yet spacious. There is a comfy double bed with plenty of pillows. Extra blankets are available for the winter. There is the main bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Although this is a communal bathroom, the other room in the apartment has an en suite, so it's unlikely to be used by others. Shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and towels are provided. You will find ample storage space in the wardrobe and chest of drawers (great for long-term stays). All windows are fitted with blackout blinds for a good night's sleep and the (closed) windows help keep the noise to a minimum (especially on weekends). The open plan kitchen is combined with the living room. Here you can find plenty of kitchen utensils (pots/pans, oven dishes and cups/glasses). Tea and coffee are provided (not including milk). Feel free to use all these areas, but please remember to leave the communal areas in a clean and tidy manner (as you would like to find it). There is a TV which has all the freeview channels and you can access Netflix/NOW TV etc through it (your own login details are required). There is a large balcony which can be accessed from the living room. (No smoking on the balcony/in the apartment). **Please note apart from the bedrooms, the rest of the space is communal and may be shared with other guests. Due to the location of the apartment, there may be excess noise on the weekends (however, keeping the windows closed helps to greatly reduce this)**
The Centre of Life is just opposite the apartment, which is popular for conferences and exhibitions. Newcastle's gay district (bars and clubs) are located just in front of the apartment too. Alphabetti theatre, Discovery Museum, Lane 7 bowling and plenty of restaurants within 5-minutes’ walk. A PureGym branch is just a 2-minute walk away! **Due to the location of the apartment, there may be excess noise on the weekends (however, keeping the windows closed helps to greatly reduce this)**

This is a double bed room. The guest requires sharing one kitchen and two bathrooms between 6 rooms of guest.
We provide free coffees, teas, milks to the guest. Please help yourself. There is a table of maps and flyers at the corridor to guide you where to explore in Newcastle.
My apartment is located at the city centre of Chinatown. The Chinatown lies within the historic heart of Newcastle, Grainger Town, on land that was once part of Blackfriars monastery. At the north end of Stowell Street on St Andrew's Street is the Chinese arch, facing St James' Park. South and west of Stowell Street, on the streets and passages around Blackfriars and The Gate including Charlotte Square and Low Friar Street, are a number of other businesses including restaurants, food shops and cafés.

A cozy room with big windows and a balcony conveniently located in the heart of Old Town in the oldest streets of Newcastle. The apartment is 2 minute walk to Central Station, St. Nicholas Cathedral, Castle and 5 minute walk to the Monument, Northumberland street and Grainger market. It is next door to all of the famous pubs and night clubs as well as next door to cat and dog cafes, Italian restaurant, multiple supermarkets and a metro station.
The room has a private bathroom and balcony. Although it is located on the 5th floor, there still might be some noise outside due to the such central location (although it is a side street). There is a lift but it is currently being fixed so pack lightly just in case! Finally, you may use our kitchen and amenities as well as tea and coffee which we provide.
Everything is super close. There are 3 cafes and a restaurant literally downstairs. 1 minute walk to a local supermarket and tesco metro is down the street. St Nicholas cathedral is visible outside the apartment and it is 3 minute walk to the Castle Keep and High Level bridge. St. James stadium is 10 minute walk and one of the busiest street in Newcastle is nearby.

Apartment 33, Belle Grove, is a studio apartment featuring a satellite flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, hob, an oven/microwave and a kettle. The apartment also contains a desk and chair so is great for those visiting to work or study. It is on the quieter court side of the building, so is nice and peaceful away from the main road. Modern spacious room with a private bathroom in a Newcastle city centre top floor apartment, conveniently located about 2 minutes walk from central station and near to all main amenities including shops and transport. The double glazing makes the room quiet and comfortable with a lounge area with couch and chairs. Additionally, a small desk space is provided for people travelling for work. A private bathroom with bathtub, power shower and powered mirror is provided.
The room overlooks the courtyard garden and also has a sofa, desk and bookshelves for guests to enjoy. There is a handy lift to reach the 5th floor where the flat is located. The heating/cooling system is fully programmable at the touch of the provided remote control. Guests can decide when they need an extra heat boost or some cooling as needed :-)
Newcastle is an excellent modern city with many amenities and a great city centre to enjoy simply by walk. The flat is within 5-10 minutes walk from the house you can visit all Newcastle's best spots including the Newcastle Football Stadium, Intu Eldon Square, The Gate, Centre for Life and the Newcastle Quayside, with plenty quality bars and restaurants to choose from! The best bakery in town is just downstairs (Pink Lane bakery) and highly recommended for a quick breakfast snack! Additionally, the lovely parks of Newcastle are another 5 mins short walk away; Leazes Park with it's large pond and the Town Moor are well worth a visit.

Comfortable double room in beautiful and homely Georgian townhouse in a quiet square just moments from the city centre and 5 minutes walk from the main Central Station.
My house is a welcoming and bright family home which you can use as a base to explore all that Newcastle and Gateshead have to offer, as well as with great transport links to other places in the region such as Hadrian‘s wall, Northumberland National Park and the beautiful coastline. My house is very close to the city centre, so everything is accessible on foot within a few minutes’ walk, or by Metro to Tynemouth and Whitley Bay and other places on the coast.
I live in a quiet, residential square, which is just off a busy main road. It’s like a little oasis in the city. There is a small park in the middle of the square and also Summerhill Bowling Club, where there are lots of events, including summer fête and Christmas fair. The city centre is just a 10-minute walk away and there is a wealth of places to explore, with social, cultural and historical interest.

It is south facing with large windows, meaning the sun comes streaming in on our not so grey days in Newcastle - but don't worry, it also has black out blinds for those who wish to enjoy a long lie in!
