Number 38 is a cosy cottage offering B & B in the heart of Dulverton, a beautiful small town in the Exmoor National Park. The area is stunning whatever the season and the cottage is a perfect base for exploring Exmoor, whether you simply want to walk from the cottage and stride across the Moor or simply hang out and enjoy the cafes, restaurants and independent shops. Tarr Steps, Dunkery Beacon and Dunster are just a few miles away. A full continental breakfast is available at no extra charge.
The double room is light and airy, with morning sunshine and is very quiet at night. The double bed is new and the en-suite recently modernised with WC, washbasin and shower. I have provided tea and coffee etc but you are most welcome to use the kitchen. As the only guests the cottage is very peaceful. You are also welcome to use the courtyard garden.
  • Lovely place in a fantastic location. Linda was very friendly and had breakfast laid out both mornings - would happily stay again!

  • A lovely room in a sweet little cottage, which was well located in the centre of Dulverton. Linda is a wonderful host - friendly, thoughtful and attentive. We really recommend staying here.

  • Linda is a very thoughtful host. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated. The house is in a great location for exploring Dulverton. The closest parking is pay and display but free overnight from 6pm-9am. Free parking is available a short walk away.

  • We stayed for 2 nights, the room was immaculate and extremely comfortable, as well as being in an ideal location. Linda is a fantastic and thoughtful host, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the Exmoor and Somerset.

  • Lina is a very warm hearted and kind person - we immediately felt very welcome in her beautiful home! She made us feel at home in her house immediately and gave us great ideas where to go out in dulverton. We had a great time at hers and went out for dinner which was really good. The room is beautifully decorated, with much attention to detail, everything is clean, the bed is very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom has everything you need. Parking is just a few yards away which made everything very easy. The breakfast is great! The small city of dulverton is very neat, has individual shops and also a farmers market which made our short stay special! At the same time it's located in the beautiful Exmoor national park where we enjoyed the nature. We would have loved to stay longer and would come back any time and highly recommend to stay with Linda!

  • Linda was a fantastic host, she gave us knowledge on the local area and the place was very clean and modern. The location was perfect for exploring exmoor. If you have access to a car you can explore tar steps, Lynton and lymouth, porlock and watersmeet. All of these locations have fantastic walks and views. If we are back we will definately stay here again.

Exmoor National Park - charming 200 year old detached stone cottage nestles into the hillside overlooking the small country town of Dulverton. Offering the best of both worlds, as the comfortable cottage is an excellent base for experiencing & exploring the unspoilt beauty of Exmoor with its wooded combes, open moors and dramatic coastline but with a range of restaurants, pubs & shops just a short stroll away.
Perfect for couples and up to two well behaved dogs are welcome.
  • Cottage as described and situated in a great location for exploring Exmoor. Dulverton has plenty of shops and eateries. We had a great stay but do think the cottage would benefit from some updating (decor a bit tired). The bed is a bit modest in size for those of above average height. We would be happy to return for another stay.

  • This is a lovely space in the heart of Dulverton, just behind the 'main' street (Dulverton being a small place!). Despite this, and it being a bank holiday weekend, parking was easy even though there isn't any dedicated space linked to the cottage. One of us parked just up the road from the cottage, and I found a spot a little further out. Four adults, one tiny baby, and a medium dog fitted throughout very well and my partner and I, as new parents, particuarly appreciated the Lavazza coffee waiting for us on arrival... We went for some lovely walks up behind the Church and refreshing pints in the Bridge Inn. We plan to be back at some point!

Delightful two up, two down terraced cottage situated near the centre of the picturesque town of Dulverton. Ideally placed for exploring the surrounding countryside and nearby North Devon Coast. Excellent local amenities. Parking space for two cars available.
The cottage is situated in a very quiet lane just off the Dulverton centre. It's a no through road so only traffic that has business in Chapel Street or Millham Lane comes down.
  • Quick response and lovely hospitality

    David2017-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Right next to the centre of Dulverton, and within earshot of the river. Host's were lovely and accommodating, and quick with responses. Highly recommend!

  • Lovely place right in the centre of Dulverton. Lots to do locally and lots of good food places.

  • Very cute cottage in a lovely town/village, it was perfect for what we wanted- a quiet relaxing break. Great way to explore Exmoor. Chris was very welcoming and helpful, letting us know what was around the area

    Lucy2016-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage is great - cozy, perfect location, clean. We really enjoyed our stay in Dulverton. Chris was really welcoming and provided us with multiple recommendations. The only issue we had is that the double sofa-bed in smaller bedroom is really uncomfortable to sleep on - in my opinion the cottage can currently sleep 4 people. Also, we didn't find gym in the house - but with Exmoor Park nearby, who would need a gym?

Wisteria Cottage is a cosy weekend B & B in the heart of the picturesque town of Dulverton, situated on the southern edge of Exmoor National Park. The one double room is in a private annexe, so you can come and go as you please. The room is warm, quiet and features an en-suite shower and wc. Breakfast is included in the price, featuring homemade artisan breads and you can choose between the traditional Full English and other cooked breakfasts such as Eggs Benedict and Huevos Rancheros.
The fact we only cater for one party of guests at a time means that the atmosphere is very laid back – we want our guests to have a really relaxing stay. We take our time in preparing breakfast just the way the guests want it and the guests can take their time to enjoy it.
Dulverton is the perfect base for exploring all that Exmoor and the surrounding areas have to offer. The town itself has a selection of good pubs, restaurants and cafes, so regardless of whether you have been for an all day hike, a 50 mile bike ride or you’ve just been browsing the local shops, you will not be short of choice for places to satisfy your appetite or quench your thirst. There are plenty of independent shops where you can buy everything from locally produced cakes and pasties to gifts, clothing and items for the home. There is also a supermarket for those essentials. Once you leave the town, you can then enjoy the scenery that Exmoor is renowned for; from the exposed high moors to secluded wooded valleys, fast flowing rivers and the spectacular cliffs on the north coast. There are plenty of picturesque villages and small towns, together with a variety of attractions suitable for all ages and interests.
  • A great location within walking distance to the centre of the village, pubs and restaurants.

  • Wisteria cottage, a total gem of a room, tucked down a tiny dead end lane, a blink and you’ll miss it type location. A lovely cosy and well appointed room, the tea tray came with amazing home made chocolate flapjack! Breakfast was fantastic, really good full English topped off by seriously good freshly made that morning home made bread of two types. Cracking host, very accommodating, we were able to check in early (as attending a wedding locally) which was very much appreciated and made our stay a great deal easier.

Buchan Cottage is named after John Buchan, author of "The Thirty Nine Steps", and there are 39 steps from the road level up to the private sunbathing terrace in the garden. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants of Dulverton, and a short drive or a longer hike to the woods and moors of Exmoor National Park. We are very well equipped and comfortable, with a wood burning stove for winter evenings. We welcome dogs, so bring yours and come for a wonderful stay!
Wonderfully positioned on the edge of Dulverton, we are well placed to explore the whole of Exmoor, and yet it is a short stroll home from the pub or restaurant at night - no need for designated drivers here!
Dulverton is a uniquely friendly small town. It has 2 deli's, a wonderful second hand bookshop, gift shops, boutiques and a gents outfitters and many more small independent shops........England as it used to be! The famous "Woods" bar and restaurant is a must - multiple winner of "National Wine Pub of the Year", our guests always recommend a meal here, and another at "The Bridge", a quintessential traditional English pub, serving the delicious "Exmoor Ale". Tongdam Thai Restaurant has a lovely garden terrace, strung with fairy lights for summer, and a cosy woodburner for winter nights, you can even take your dog with you!
  • Lovely cottage in a pretty village with shops, pubs and amazing walking country around.

    Katie2019-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • This property was nice inside but the exterior was overgrown, dirty and the steps up to the house very dangerous - slippery, mossy and broken slabs. Would not pass any health and safety or tourist board inspection. There were a lot of flies in the bedroom that we couldn't get rid of and little mosquitoes in the downstairs. The house itself was functional, decently furnished and compact. But with my serious reservations about the general hygiene and safety of the exterior I would not book this property again. The road was also something of a problem parking was down a sometimes busy road on other side of road -.

    Jo2018-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Dulverton is a beautiful village a few minutes walk from Buchan Cottage. There are some nearby pubs and restaurants serving seriously good food! (Woods and The Bridge Inn) We explored the area by car (no issues with parking). The cottage is a cosy place to stay with welcome goodies on arrival and lovely hosts!

  • Fabulous! A lovely place with nice touches. Slept so well there, listening to the soothing sound the river and enjoyed watching the birds outside. Helpful hosts. Already looking forward to our return visit!

  • Great place to stay with walks from the door. Clean comfortable and welcoming. Lovely village pubs to while away an hour or so. well worth a visit.

  • This is a top notch rental, with a really high standard of equipment in the kitchen and lovely beds and linens. Oodles of hot water, lovely warm radiators and a log burner made for a cosy, autumn rental in a lovely part of the country. We will be recommending this to our friends and family.

    Clare2018-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay. The house was perfect for the four of us. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed. The location is great - a few minutes walk to the centre of the village where you’ll find a few shops and pubs. You are right by the river and very close to many beautiful walks in the area. Jennie and Malcolm were excellent hosts. They made sure everything went smoothly during our stay and provided suggestions on what to do and see in Exmoor. We hope to make it back. Thanks again Jennie and Malcolm!

  • Well worth considering a stay here

    David2018-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a fantastic stay at the Old Chapel. It must have been the hottest week of the year so far but the Chapel was always beautifully cool despite the sweltering heat! We had everything we needed for our stay, including secure storage for out bikes - Thanks Steve! Such a relaxed and comfy home and with all that Dulverton has to offer on the doorstep we never had to venture beyond the village once we were back from our bike rides. We thoroughly recommend the Old Chapel and will definitely come and stay again next time we need to tackle some long steep hill climbs!

    Cathie2018-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • My stay here was excellent, previous reviews don’t need repeating by me. It had all I needed, loads of space and a place to secure my bike. I would not hesitate to come again:)

  • Upon seeing the apartment it exceeded our expectations even from the pictures. All the unique finishing touches thought of by Jane. Jane is a fantastic host, promptly replies to any questions, recommend places to visit and offered to make any reservations at local restaurants. A great place to stay in a fabulous location.

  • Staying at Jane's place was amazing! It felt like we had discovered a hidden gem on airbnb. The flat was big, really cosy, super clean and quiet. It felt like a writer's retreat. Dulverton is also such a cute place to stay and relax! Jane was very nice and helpful, and the check-in & check-out was hassle free. We found parking easily. Our cats absolutely loved the flat. It's peacefull and relaxing!
    Friendly and helpful
  • Andy has a fabulous place in Dulverton - literally a stones throw away from the High Street but in a small oasis of peace & calm. Every morning you can hear the birds signing! The cottage is finished to a VERY high spec and is way above the normal accommodation in Dulverton. The large garage is a bonus as it means you can stow the car easily. I cannot think of one negative thing....stay here and I promise you will not be disappointed.

    David2017-05-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great location in the town but down a quiet lane Also having a garage was a bonus as were there during the recent heat wave. The cottage is fitted to a very high standard with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

    Graham2017-06-21T00:00:00Z
  • We were e extremely impressed with the accommodation - clean, well equipped and a great location in the lovely village of Dulverton. Good restaurants and pubs nearby. One thing to note is that although the property offers garage parking which is probably at a premium in the village, we found it extremely difficult to get our 4x4 in and out of the garage due to the narrowness of the lane. We will definitely be returning and can highly recommend.

    Philip2019-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great cottage, well equipped, great location, with added convenience of a garage (note you won’t get a large car in due to narrow nature of lane). For stays of a week or longer, no washing machine is an inconvenience, but there is no yard to dry them so no point (there is a rack that hooks onto door which is fine to allow hand wash). Definitely one of the better properties we have stayed in.

    Dave2019-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed here for three nights during my cousin's wedding. It is incredibly clean, newly remodeled, well furnished, comfortable, and well positioned in the town. I had family members staying in various B&Bs, and all of them wished they had been able to stay at Proffitt's Cottage. The town itself is charming- I suggest the English Breakfast at the Copper Kettle. Thanks Andy for a great stay.

    Ryan2017-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage is a dream! So well presented and super clean! An excellent location for all the local amenities in Dulverton - we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

  • Lovely place in a lovely spot. Very happy to have stayed there.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, big groups and up to 2 dogs. The cottage is centrally heated and also has log burners for that cosy feeling. It is 5 minutes walk from Dulverton town pubs and restaurants so park up at the end of the day and relax; no need to worry about whose turn to drive. There is a riverside garden on the other side of the road for use from Easter - September, great for a relaxing lunch and total peace.
There is a cosy sitting room with log burner, a separate dining room and a kitchen. A bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. There are many places to visit on Exmoor eg Dunster Castle, Tarr Steps, Wimbleball lake for water activities, Lynton and Lynmouth, also snowdrop valley in February. The walking is fantastic with moorland and coastal areas, you can walk from the front door. Dulverton itself has a variety of shops, an art gallery, Exmoor National Park Headquarters and visitor centre and heritage centre to visit.
Dulverton is a thriving small town in the Somerset side of Exmoor. There are lovely welcoming pubs and restaurants within the town and also further afield, if you are only visiting for the weekend and want to eat out you may want to book a table in advance. It is within easy reach of the coast and less than an hour from Exeter city which is a great place to visit.
  • It is a lovely cottage and we love the town. It is comfortable and roomy and quaint. The cafes - especially Tantivy - and pubs are sweet with delicious local food. The walking and river is fantastic as are the public pathways. We were unprepared that it is on a busy street. Cars drive right in front of the house and it is one lane which meant noisy traffic jams and a challenge to walk out the door. Parking is difficult. We had to park in town and walk with our bags. Finally, to be there for a week - there could be supplies provided such as trash bags, salt, toilet roll. For wifi -- the cafe closes at 5 pm.

Our house is located in the beautiful town of Dulverton. The house has recently been modernised and was previously a dairy. Some of the furniture has changed since taking the photos. It has a bathroom and shower room downstairs as well as two good sized bedrooms. Upstairs is an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room. Towels and bedding are provided. There is on road parking only. There is no garden but the house is next to the Church Yard and on the edge of Exmoor.
Dulverton is a delightful small town in the Barle Valley on the southern side of Exmoor and is also known as Exmoor’s Southern Gateway. Dulverton has a wide selection of shops, cafes, award winning restaurants and pubs. On the whole these are run by independent traders. If you plan to eat out in the town it is advisable to book, as the restaurants do get very busy. Close by you will find Tarr Steps which is a medieval clapper bridge over the River Barle, iron age hill forts and a castle. For further information on Dulverton Town Council website is very useful:
  • Really nice place, very clean with good location, very stylish, but still comfy and homely, would definitely recommend!

  • A great cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and extremely well equipped. This is a perfect place for families or friends and is situated in the absolutely beautiful village of Dulverton. Dulverton has lots of independent shops, restaurants and pubs, complemented by a local coop that’s open 6am-11pm everyday so you really have everything on your doorstep within a few steps from the cottage. There’s also some lovely hikes direct from the village in the Exmoor national park including the Tarr Steps. Communication from Lindsay in making arrangements and some questions during our stay was very good and helpful. Highly recommended.

Although having all the old charm outside, internally the cottage has been finished to a very good standard and provides a comfortable and convenient interior. The semi-detached cottage is situated in the Exmoor town of Dulverton not far from the banks of the River Barle. So, whether you want to wander into the town centre, enjoy one of the local pubs and restaurants, or sit by the river and watch the world pass by, all this can be done without having to step foot in the car. There is superb scenery and walking on the South West Coastal Path or inland on Exmoor and many other places to visit to make a memorable holiday. • We really enjoyed our stay at the Boot over the Bank Holiday. The rustic, historic cottage was beautiful, with a wonderfully large living area and well equipt kitchen. The location of the house was perfect, right next door to the bridge pub and the green bank of the River Barle which we enjoyed sitting by in the evenings. We went on a lovely circular walk of Dulverton which started almost next to the house, one day which was lovely, if a bit steep at points! The cottage was full of quirks and period features, we thoroughly enjoyed our sunny stay.

  • This cottage really is a lovely place to stay. We hired it for a family weekend and it suited us perfectly. The house has a lovely large living area with a log fire and a great dining room. The kitchen isn't big but it is very well equipped and everything was so clean. The bedrooms are small but the beds are comfy and there was plenty of room. One thing to note if you are travelling with children - only one of the bedrooms will take a travel cot. There is no garden or outdoor space at the property but we had 2 lovely day trips out which I can highly recommend - one to Tarr Steps where there is a great pub and the other to Wimbleball Lake which are both perfect with kids. Dulverton is particularly lovely too. The house is next door to The Bridge pub which is great. I can highly recommend this property.

  • Such a lovely cottage and such a wonderful host! Amanda replied almost instantly to all emails and was available to answer questions via phone/email throughout our stay. We asked whether the cottage had a DVD player and she really went the extra mile and bought one that we could use during our visit. The perfect host! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  • The cottage sits adjacent / behind the main house. It is very cosy, well equipped and comfortable with its own small garden. It was a little larger than expected from the photos. It is accessed through the large, natural garden of the main house. The main house itself is interesting, two long, low, narrow houses that are now one, following the contour of the road on one side and opening out to the garden on the other. Impressive chimney stacks! Jane and family are very friendly and welcoming. Our small children were very happy, as indeed were we. To be recommended!

  • Beautiful charming cottage in a beautiful charming village of Dulverton. Located 1-2 mins walk from the village centre, the cottage is super cosy, as shown in the pictures. Jane and Bill were wonderful hosts. We will be back.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dulverton. Jane & Bill have a beautiful home, and are warm hosts. The cottage was extremely comfortable with lots of added extras. The private garden was a bonus, and a real sun trap. It was so peaceful with just the sounds of the birds as a back drop. We loved our short stay, and hope to return.

  • Jane's cottage is cosy and beautiful, with a gorgeous fire place and in a lovely setting. Jane was a great host, recommending us restaurants in the area and having a bottle of wine ready for our arrival! The cottage is literally 3 minute walk into the centre of Dulverton village so is very well situated. We had a lovely weekend. Thank you Jane.

  • Woodleigh is a very special place. We had a wonderful time, and we can recommend the cottage and Dulverton to everyone who wants to explore Exmoor National Park. It is a great home base with everything you need in walking distance and lots of interesting walks and excursions only a short drive away. The cottage and the little garden are so beautiful and homely that we sometimes had to force ourselves and the kids to get going. We would have loved to stay on and had a hard time saying good by. Thank you, Jane and Bill, for sharing this beautiful spot with others :-) Best regards, Ulle, Jan, Emma and Max from Frankfurt, Germany

A unique and spacious Grade II listed house, overlooking a large garden with views across the Barle Valley. It sleeps up to eight people, has open fires, log burners, a sun room and even a roll top bath. Just a minute’s walk from the centre of Dulverton, a lively spot with its great range of shops, restaurants and pubs. At the gateway to Exmoor National Parks’ stunning walks, rides, cycling paths and country pubs.
The house has four bedrooms, a dining room with a log burner and a double-length living room with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax in front of the open fire and additional log burner. The house enjoys a secluded location with wide views across the Barle valley, a large South facing garden and off road parking for up to three cars. Once inside its five hundred year history shines through – with stone and cob walls, thick oak beams and period features. Dogs can be accommodated downstairs (the sunroom is an ideal spot)
Restaurants in Dulverton - We have a good selection of restaurants and pubs with food. The Bridge Inn - a great pub with dining, very friendly with good to great food. Informal and relaxing. Tel: 01398 324130. Dog friendly. Woods - celebrated wine pub of the year - 5 years running - for the whole of the UK. Casual bar at the front with locals and visitors and then excellent food and wine at the back. At Woods you can have a steak salad or sandwich at the bar - but also a wonderful French meal, made with local ingredients and excellent cooking and wine in the restaurant. A bit more expensive than The Bridge Inn if you eat in the restaurant- but good value for the quality. Also open Sunday night. tel: 01398 324007. Dog friendly. Tong Dam - genuine Thai cuisine. Excellent choice and good food, friendly staff. You normally see people celebrating a birthday or anniversary there. Tel: 01398 32397 There is also a fish and chips shop in the town which is good to pick up and bring back to the house and we're lucky enough to have a good Co-Op which is open until 10pm too where you can get all supplies - plus delis and cake shops. Outside Dulverton Tarr Farm Inn - next to ancient clapper bridge Tarr Steps - is great after a walk - 01643 851507. Good pub food and also a restaurant. Masons Arms at Knowstone - http://www.masonsarmsdevon.co.uk/ - a 13th century pub and Michelin-starred restaurant. Good for a treat! No doubt there are lots of other good places around which you might be aware of - but above is a good selection for a short stay. The Dulverton ones are all within a 3-5 minute walk of the cottage so you don't have to worry about the car.
  • Woodlands was a real treat to stay at. Lovely real fires in most downstairs rooms add to the sense of a real home from home. Dulverton was just a few minutes walk down the road and offers good facilities, including several good places to eat. Lovely walks within easy reach. Great hosts.

  • The house at Dulverton has wonderful old features and plenty of space. It is perfect for a tranquil stay, with easy walks to the local amenities, and a garden to enjoy. Jane is a most thoughtful and considerate host, and you will feel very welcome.

  • A really lovely place. Very warm and friendly welcome. Perfect base for a family weekend together. Strongly recommended. Large rooms, wooden beams, some creaky floorboards which, for us, added to the immense character. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything one would want for a short stay. Wonderful large enamelled bath with the most unusual plug we've ever seen - children and adults enjoyed it! Huge garden - TWO gardens actually which our dogs enjoyed charging around - the lower was renamed the "Cricket Garden" - and some lovely walks nearby. Space for up to 4 cars (if they're not huge!), but also very easy to park safely nearby.

    Martin2018-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay in this beautiful house -It had everything we required, was fully stocked and cream tea on arrival was one of many personal touches to the stay. Jane was a wonderful host, meeting us on arrival and sharing information around the area. Dulverton is a super location for days out with from with the children and the dog. We had great trips to Tarr Steps, Blue Anchor Beach, Lynton and Lynmouth to name a few and the log fire was also perfect for the inconsistent British summer when we came back in the evening. A house with the wow factor, we look forward to returning.

    Steven2019-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic location, brilliant base for exploring Exmoor and beyond with the benefit of being very short walk from the amenities and refreshments available in Dulverton!

    Karen2018-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • Janes house is amazing and has some real character features. Jane met us on arrival with keys and was very quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend staying here!

  • This is a real gem of a place, the house and gardens are beautiful and a short stroll into the lovely town of Dulverton. We loved the character of the house from the quirky uneven floorboards, the beams, the woodburner to the stunning roll top Bath with a view. Despite its obvious age it is well equipped and furnished beautifully. A lovely gesture to arrive to the delicious cake also. Jane and her husband were friendly and helpful, but left us to get on with our weekend. Thank you.

There's so much to see and do, from short walks to long expeditions across the moors or horse riding, taking in a safari or sight-seeing at your own pace around the 'picture postcard' villages and hamlets. Dulverton is known as the southern gateway to Exmoor and is also home to the head quarters of the Exmoor National Park. There are several streets of shops in Dulverton including a butcher, Post Office, fish & chip shop, greengrocer, late-opening supermarket, art gallery, hairdressers, guns and fishing tackle shop. There are also a number of quality boutiques, interesting gift shops plus a handful of lovely restaurants, tea rooms and pub.

  • We had a wonderful week here with our dog. The house is very spacious and well equipped. Dulverton proved to be an excellent centre for exploring Exmoor and North Devon. There are some great walks through amazing scenery. There are local pubs, tea rooms, restaurants, a well stocked supermarket and other small shops. A delightful place. We were made to feel welcome and Abby was next door if we needed anything (we didn't though!)

  • We had a really enjoyable holiday at Abby's place. All the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking and eating our meals, and we had some sunshine time to sit out on the patio. Great location, less than 10 minutes walk into town and the riverside.
