Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. The 10 of us had an amazing trip and we would highly recommend the property and the host for your stay.

A very beautiful place in a green place ! The house is warm and spotless ! A few minutes walk from the main square of the village with very good parking.

Impeccable communication with Dimitris, he suggested activities and places to eat that turned out to be very good options. The home is beautiful, cozy, just like in the photos right above Proussos Square.

Paris was a wonderful host. The view from her home of Delphi and the sea was the most beautiful view we have had in all our travels, which we enjoyed from the spacious terrace. Paris had eggs, butter, jam and bread available for us which we greatly appreciated due to our early departure. The space was spacious and comfortable for the four of us. If we ever visit this area again, we will stay here! 15 out of ten stars! Part of what makes the view so exquisite is that it is very high up. Be prepared to climb the 70 stairs. Completely worth it! Very welcoming people and available to help us with anything we needed. The house was very warm and suitable for resting close to nature. The village was very calm with very few residents but in a good spot for transportation by car to the surrounding villages, the mountains and the lake. We'll visit again!

Clean, cozy apartment, despite the fact that it is a penthouse, with all amenities, and private parking in the center of Trikala. What else can you ask for?

The place is just amazing, very clean - recently renovated and extremely hot / warm. Moreover, the location exceptional if you wish to explore Karpenisi and everything nearby. stayed for 4 nights in the apartment, with 2 friends. great clean space with balcony to each room, 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen. supermarket at end of road and walkable to shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. easy to park outside, with no issues and you'd need a car to visit local attractions and area, due to limited public transport. would be happy to recommend or stay again.

The apartment suited us perfectly. We were two colleagues of the opposite sex and each with our own bathroom and bedroom this was perfect and a much better option than hotel in terms of price. Here we could cook the food we wanted ourselves and easily take a trip out for dinner. The host gave us good instructions and communicated well. Unmatched quality of the apartment and hosting! Business standard!

I stayed here with my family and we had a great time. The beach is really close and there is a lot to do in the area. The house is very good and the garden is beautiful too.

I stayed at Nikos and Nancy’s place for a friend’s 30th birthday, and while it was the winter, it was a completely restorative, beautiful stay and one we’ll be thinking of for a very long time. The property is stunning in person and truly better than most spa retreats I’ve been to. The town was quiet and walkable which is really exactly what we needed and the facilities were brilliant (every single detail is thought through right up to the orange juicer which we used since we were there around citrus season). Nikos and Nancy are also very gracious and responsive hosts who gave us tonnes of advice regarding our trip and also went over and above to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be planning a trip there again in the summer for sure.

Wow what a lovely house! Nice, clean, spacious. The bedroom balcony views are something else and I sat out every morning with my tea looking at the wonderful views. Great location, lovely pool and nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed.

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.

The villa is an escape from the world in which you can enjoy a holiday without having to leave. It has a prestigious homely feel and it was a pleasure for Lena to allow us the last minute booking. It is next door to a hotel and in the evening you can hear the guests when you are in the garden, but nothing can be heard when you are inside. The first night this perturbed us but once we utilised the bar we were much more welcoming of the nightlife. Sun is in the garden and on the pool until late afternoon and the pool was so clean. The views were to die for and the beach access was perfect . Be aware the pool is deep, but my 5 and 3 year old spent the whole week in it with their arm bands. Lena recommended local restaurants and even arranged for the amazing Konstantina to cook us a proper home cooked meal for a private dining experience. Please do not miss out. Stunning villa in Lefkada! One of our favourite stays anywhere in Europe. The view is unbelievable - even better than the pictures. Lydia was a great host who included a lovely check in basket of various goodies which was a really nice touch. The villa itself was very spacious and also had a beautiful pool, bbq and ping pong table. We will definitely be back!
