Thanks to the central location, you can quickly reach the Veltins Arena, the Gelsenkirchen Amphitheater and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zeche Zollverein in Essen. Essen, Bochum and Dortmund are easily accessible. You can find free parking in the side streets.

It is a loft room with a size of 46 m², a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) as well as an en-suite bathroom & air conditioning for hot days. In addition, you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself, so you can enjoy privacy. The room is on the top floor (3rd floor) and can be reached via the shared stairwell. Wi-Fi and Netflix complete the offer.

It is located opposite our other apartment Apartment 1 (70 m²). Up to 7 people can stay overnight in apartment 2. Pets are not allowed.
