What you'll do

You’ll learn how to create beautiful Japanese dishes using step-by-step recipes that will make your friends and family back home crave more. You’ll learn how to make tofu salad, Onigiri (rice ball) with various flavors, mini gluten-free Okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake) made by Tofu instead of using flour and Macrobiotics style miso soup which you can make with ingredients bought from a supermarket in your own country. You can choose fillings freely for creating your own Onigiri from various ingredients like a Sandwich shop. Macrobiotics style miso soup is tasty miso soup made with vegetable "umami" without using soup stock. My theory is that Japanese cooking is simpler than it looks, healthy and creative. I choose ingredients and seasonings carefully for making healthy meals. People who are allergic to gluten can join my lesson safely by using gluten-free ingredients and seasonings.
