Since I live in Metro Vancouver, I explore my area constantly trying to find great photo locations or trails for hiking tours and especially wildlife photography. What we’ll do
We will be exploring a local blueberry field only 15-20 minutes from Port Coquitlam. The hike can take up to 3 hours depending on our pace. During summer (July to late September) you can see black bears in the blueberry fields and sometimes they even cross the trail right in front of you. Later in the season, from mid. The first 4 guests can opt. for a free ride from a Skytrain station in Coquitlam to the trail head free of charge.

A Camera for Action Shots 󳀁
You can bring your own bear spray, but I will have bear spray on me as well.
Who can come
Guests ages 12 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.
I usually take pictures along the way, but you should definitely bring your own camera. It might also become hot and there is no shade or trees to get cover. Come dressed accordingly.
Where we’ll be
You'll be driving through Port Coquitlam on the ride up. The blueberry fields are located in Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam, adjacent to the Pitt River.
