I enjoy time in nature, hiking with my outdoors club or just sitting on a quiet day to watch nature and take in the medicine of the forest. What we’ll do

Over the three hours, I will guide you in mindful walking and meditative invitations to help you slow down and awaken your senses, disconnect from WiFi and reconnect to nature. We'll meander through the cool ferns in a rain-forest setting, sit by the lake, watch swans glide past or catch a glimpse of a butterfly.
