What we’ll do

Fitness doesn’t have to be solo and isn’t just about being in the gym! Join me for a hike and fitness HIIT class at the top of the beautiful Mont-Royal! We meet at the park and hike up as a group to the top of the mountain. After enjoying the peaceful nature and amazing Montreal view, we will get our hearts pumping with a fun HIIT workout!

Where you'll be

We will meet up at the entrance of the beautiful Mont-Royal park, in Montreal. We will hike up the mountain and workout at the top. For the interested, their will be a group lunch meet-up after the morning at vegan restaurant Lola Rosa (5 mins walk).
