About your host

Coach Kelvin Landolt here. I have a passion for Open Water Swimming backed with years of experience with clients in OW swimming. I'm a certified Lifeguard and a qualified swimming instructor. I swim regularly at beaches all around Toronto. Open to us swimming at Cherry or Woodbine beaches, off Toronto Island, R.C Harris Water Plant & perhaps at Bluffer's Beach - all Spectacular Swim locations.

What we’ll do

Look forward to meeting you beachside at Cherry Beach, near downtown Toronto, for a 1hr+ Open Water Swim. There are change/washrooms at the foot of Cherry St, near the parking lot. First, we'll do a short introduction of the lake. We are prepared to do a casual easy swim or up to a 4km swim workout. The main goal will be to swim West of Cherry Beach to enjoy the unique view of the Toronto Skyline…

What else you should know

Most swimmers will need a Wet Suit (No WS, if you are experienced swimming in cold 50F-70F), water, goggles, towel, swim bag for your gear and swim suit. Likely need a change of clothing for after the swim - could be your arrival clothing.
