What you'll do
I'll start by sending you an information form to understand your health and/or weight challenges and food preferences (I can do Italian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, Pan-Asian, Moroccan, American or Lebanese food) + American desserts. I'll propose a menu for you and we'll agree on it ahead of time. Then when you arrive we'll have a 1-hour consultation to talk about your health history and challenges. I'll help you set health goals to feel better over the next 90 days and educate you on diet and lifestyle changes that will help you meet your goals. Then we'll cook a healthy meal and dessert together. We can then enjoy the meal together. I'll send you off with the recipes to try at home as well as education on how you can use food to address your health or weight challenges in a healthy and sustainable way. This is an activity I can do with 1-2 people maximum at the same time (two people who know each other and can talk about their health together, like a married couple for example). The price is the same for 1 or 2 people ($250) and includes the meal for up to 2 people.
I'll provide an appetizer, main meal and dessert, either for lunch or dinner as desired.

Where you'll be
We'll meet and talk in my home, then cook in our beautiful, roomy, modern kitchen. We'll enjoy the meal on our beautiful patio overlooking the pool in our charming back yard full of cacti and palms if the weather is agreeable.
