What you'll do
We will begin with a tour of quintessential South Melbourne Market, home to the freshest seafood and produce. You will learn ways to identify fresh produce and about the provenance of the various produce available at the market. You will also get the opportunity to sample some delicious cheese and oysters along the way. Thereafter, we will return to the Neff Kitchen and begin our cooking class. This lesson gives you the opportunity to cook with the fresh produce gathered from the market. We will then sit down to lunch and savour the fruits of our labour. This will be accompanied by local beers and wines as well as coffee and tea. What a great escape from the bustling city of Melbourne!
