What you'll do
If you visit Jordan then you probably encountered Mansaf (a Bedouin traditional dish), as it is "one of the best dishes that anyone could have" according to most Jordanians. We will first prepare the ingredients and then start cooking together. We will then eat it the authentic way; using our hands (or not..), as this is how most Jordanian families eat Mansaf. Of course there are many rules for eating Mansaf which will be explained.

Where you'll be
The experience will be held in the west of Amman close to the seventh circle. It's where I usually cook :)
Things to keep in mind
If requested, the host can accommodate the dietary needs listed. You must let the host know before the experience if you’d like an accommodation.
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 4 guests of all ages can attend. It’s up to each guest to understand the ingredients being used and communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions to the host. Guests should also consider that consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry,…
The cooking process will take about 2-3 hours. And it's known that Mansaf can be heavy after having it, so be prepared to be sleepy afterwards :-P
