What we’ll do

This is a walking tour of S.F. Chinatown's Tea Culture. Learn about Chinese Tea Ceremony, Traditional Chinese Herbs and have some fun sight-seeing! I can even teach you how bargain in (Mandarin) Chinese if you like.

What else you should know

We will walk to various Tea and Chinese Herb shops, so wear comfortable shoes and sufficiently warm clothing. S.F. is generally windy and cool.

Where you'll be

We will begin our Tea Tour at the Restaurant China Live and continue down Grant Street to various Tea Shops for Tea tasting. We will also visit Chinese Herb Shops where I will explain the basics of Chinese Medicinal Herbs and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Participants are welcome to go shopping for Tea, Herbs and supplies along the way. We can stop for Fortune Cookies and bargain in (Mandarin) Chinese for souvenirs. A fun time for all ages!
