About your host

With a passion to see more healthy food growing on an island that only produces 10% of it's own food supply, I spend most of my time growing and teaching others to grow their own food. My farming style greatly involves trees since they are a massive help towards sustainability, and yet often overlooked. This lifestyle also enables me to pause work to hang out with my family or go surf! I love it!
