What you'll do

I look forward to meeting you! (or having you back:) Upon arrival, the first 20 minutes minutes will be spent sharing a drink and learning about your body and needs. Transitioning into a plant and light filled space, our yoga and mindfulness session will support you both physically and mentally. The practice is a combination of pranayama (breath work), fluid and static movement, and relaxation asanas. Afterwards we'll share some tea and go over how yoga and mindfulness might best work for you moving forward.

I am a Kripalu Certified Yoga teacher... but also an experiential educator, outdoor enthusiast, adventurer and traveler, mindfulness coach, and proudly... the 'silly' aunt. I am from the Northeast US and lived abroad for years before coming to Baltimore. I have studied different yoga and mediation forms before getting my own certification at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts. From practicing and studying Ayurvedic Yoga in Mexico, to leading team development for the Yoga Alliance, I have witnessed and worked with different aspects of the Yoga world. I now practice and teach locally and deeply enjoy designing a practice that is energetically joyful, while serving the mind and the body of all different types of folks. I look forward to working with you!

Where you'll be

We will meet, chat and practice in the 'sun/moon room' of an apartment. Light pours through the south facing 3-side windowed room, surrounded by air purifying plants. Evening sessions will be gently lit, with candles and salt lamps. Despite being near the center of Baltimore, this 3rd floor room looks out to only trees and building tops. It's a special spot for a practice.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 2 guests ages 18 and up can attend. From zero experience to lots. The practice will meet your needs.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
