As a nutritionist and foodie, I love cooking (and eating!) and I'm always in search of the perfect meal. I grew up in Oregon, so foraging for mushrooms, picking berries, and baking pies are in my DNA. I frequent multiple farmers markets year-round, and have established relationships with local food vendors and farmers. I also am a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, so I'm passionate about connecting people to nutritious food. I love getting people together, cooking a meal, and sharing stories. I am thrilled to share the bounty of the Pacific Northwest with you.

Where you'll be

We will be touring Oregon's largest farmers market - The PSU Portland Farmers Market, nestled in the South Park Blocks. The market is home to more than 200 vendors, including farms, nurseries, bakeries, meat and seafood providers, cheese makers and specialty food producers. After the market, we will head over to a beautiful teaching kitchen in Northwest Portland.
