What we’ll do

I would like to lead people on a walking mediation in the woods, a park or the beach, then follow it with a yoga Asana practice. After that, a gratitude sharing session, which all guests are invited to share what they are grateful for in life. 90 mins experience: 45 minutes yoga Asana practice includes balancing, back bending, stretching, twisting, hip opening. Tamar Park is a beautiful urban park, located at Harcourt Road in Admiralty, adjacent to the Central Government Offices and the Legislative Council with the famous view of Victoria Harbour Hong Kong. Visitors with access to the Central Piers and the Star Ferry Pier via the adjoining Central and Western District Promenade.
