What you'll do

We will have fun together cooking and discovering the traditions of Italian cuisine. We are a kind and welcoming family, our best phrase is "feeling at home"! We like to share with our guests the passion for art, good food and wine. We will teach you how to make fresh pasta from the beginning and I will make a demonstration of the different types of pasta, changing shape and processing. We will prepare the condiment for pasta and other dishes together. It will be fun to work together and get to know the Italian culture of healthy and good eating! Drinks and desserts will also be offered. This lesson is also suitable for vegetarians!.

Your hosts

I'm a visual designer specializing in food photography. I love cooking and hosting friends in my home / studio! Making fresh pasta is almost a ritual for me. I cook since I was young because my father is a chef and he taught me many little secrets of Italian cuisine, with the help of my dear grandmother. My guests are always enthusiastic to share with me this unique experience, to be enjoyed together with other traditional dishes and a good glass of wine!

Where you'll be

We are we are in the center of Florence, in the most characteristic area where you can still find old craft shops. Our loft has a very ancient history. My house was obtained from a former convent of the 1400s and a wax factory for the Duomo of Florence. It still retains the characteristics of a typical Florentine farmhouse and living here is magical for me!
