What you'll do
In the time together, we'll make ravioli dough in various vibrant colors, using only natural ingredients. We'll use that to make ravioli with different patterns, showing simple techniques that will turn your traditional pasta into a work of art. Be ready to wow your family and friends at the next gathering! If you are a party of one, please inquire before booking, as you will enjoy it best with others. Phil And Andrea
Born and raised in Turin, Italy, Andrea has owned his own cafe in Seattle for 5 years and taught pasta classes at a local Italian language school. Besides this experience, Andrea also offers an introductory ravioli-making class, in case you feel intimidated by more complex techniques.

Where you'll be
We'll work out of Phil and Andrea's house, full of bright colors, just like the pasta you'll make. The experience caters to a small group of people, to make it more personalized and fun. Everyone is welcome to participate. You will eat what you make, so bring your enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to work in a team and learn.
Things to keep in mind
If requested, the host can accommodate the dietary needs listed. You must let the host know before the experience if you’d like an accommodation.
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
