What we’ll do

You do not need to be a sport expert to train yourself. You do not need to practice hardcore exercises to look good, to be fit and healthy. For an hour, come to experience the traditional Chinese stretching exercises and learn the basics of "Taiji" and "Qi Gong". It will strengthen your spine, build your balance, improve your coordination, increase your strength, and enhance your flexibility…

What else you should know

Dress in comfy and loose clothes. Wear comfy shoes or sneakers. BYO camera, sunscreen, light towel and short. You will need to arrange your own transportation.

Where you'll be

To make the experience outstanding, the practice will take place on a few beach parks close to the Gold Coast, where you might enjoy amazing scenery of the sunrise and sunset (depends on the weather and hour). The rest of the activities will take place around Tuen Mun district, a great area to discover local markets and shops.

Communication policy

Guest requirements

Up to 6 guests ages 18 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
