Our experience lasts one hour and includes: · Brief introduction to meditation · Brief introduction to the principles of mindfulness · Gratitude Meditation · Happiness Meditation (Mindful eating) · Creation Meditation · Love and compassion Meditation During this experience, you’ll feel happy, inner peace, calm, gratitude, love, and less anxiety. These peaceful feelings (and more!) will stay with you long after we finish meditating together. This experience is great for team-building if you’re looking to reconnect with your colleagues and teammates while you enjoy a moment of happiness and peace. It’s available in English or Spanish.

Things to keep in mind
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate. A link and details on how to join will be included in your booking confirmation email. Up to 20 guests ages 12 and up can attend.
