We invite you to our second Elemental Journey through the modalities of Mindful Movement, Expressive Dance, Process Art, Poetry & Meditation.
We begin with ceremonial cacao, followed by a guided, uninterupted journey supported by live music in a safe, sacred space:

The enchanting and historic building at 196 Victoria Road is situated in the heart of the colourful and vibrant Woodstock district, at the foot of Devil's Peak.
