What we’ll do

We'll start right at Mercado Municipal de São Paulo (SP central market), visit as many fruit and vegetable stalls as possible, talk to local producers and even try new exotic fruits, try some iconic street foods like sanduiche de mortadela (mortadela sandwich which was always famous but got much more publicity after Anthony Bourdain sinked his teeth into one). Then visit Liberdade neighborhood,…

What else you should know

Wearing comfortable shoes is a must. We will be taking the subway to all our locations. It's good to bring cash in small changes since we'll be eating street foods. Dress casually and nothing fancy.

Where you'll be

We will gather in front of Starbucks inside Cidade de São Paulo Shopping, take the subway to SP's first train station in downtown, walk to 25 de Março street and try a typical and iconic SP's street food, sfiha which was brought by the Lebanese, walk to Mercado Municipal to explore our senses with exotic Brazilian fruits and try iconic street foods. Take the subway to Liberdade for some asian influeced foods then Vila Mariana for some coxinhas!
