About your host

I am happiest teaching outside, flowing with the beats of nature. I have over 15 years of yoga practice, with roots in dance, kundalini, Iyengar, and zen meditation. I guide a strong practice, with an emphasis on setting intentions to use mindful breathing to stay present and be thankful for each moment. What we’ll do

This is a lighthearted, athletic, and fun-for-all-levels vinyasa yoga flow class on the beach. It's a 60-minute experience, so come to recharge your mind and strengthen your body. You'll also enjoy great views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay. Join our amazing community.

Please bring a beach towel, blanket, or yoga mat, as well as water, clothing layers, and sunscreen.

Where you'll be

Walk or drive to Sports Basement, 610 Old Mason St, San Francisco. From the parking lot, walk across the street toward the grassy field, then follow the path to the beach. We will meet on the beach by Crissy Field.
