About your host, Jessica
Hi! I'm a local eco-fashion designer, working and living in North Vancouver. I'm passionate about nature, the environment and living a healthy lifestyle. I like to start my day with a hike or run in the beautiful surrounding of the North Shore. When I'm travelling, I love to experience culture through local activities. I thought it would be cool to share my west coast neighbourhood with folks visiting Vancouver!
What we’ll do
By the sea fitness: Starting with a few stretches and warm up exercises, we'll take off on a 2km run along the ocean. Then we'll pick up our SUP boards and head down to the beach for a little briefing, water break, and hit the water for a 1 hour paddle on the ocean. On our return, I'll have power shakes, water, and a snack to refuel and rehydrate. Finally, we can swim in the ocean or relax on the beach, and I'll add on a few more stretches and exercises before the session is over.

Notes
Bring sunscreen, towel, hat, sunglasses, running shoes, swimsuit. Storage of personal belongings can be provided. Transportation to and from experience is guests responsibility.
Where we’ll be
We'll tour the beautiful Cates Park on our run and a 1hr round tour on the ocean, towards Deep Cove.
