What we’ll do
10:30 am Morning YOGA session to start the day! 11:30 am A BRUNCH Cooking Class in the True Nosh kitchen! We will cook up a storm with local and sustainable ingredients :0 2:00 pm Receive a gourmet PICNIC BASKET, walk across to our friends at Cycle BC to pick up a BIKE! Cycle along the famous Vancouver Seawall, or choose your own path! Basket includes: local artisan bread, various fruit spread…

Where we’ll be
We will start the morning on Ontario Street in Mount Pleasant, the location of the yoga studio and True Nosh kitchen. Bike Riders can make their way to Vancouver's famous Seawall, which stretches from Kitsilano to Stanley Park. Bike must be returned to Cycle BC's 5th Ave and Quebec St. location after use.
