What you'll do
The magic of polychrome glass: how to make a little artifact in a few hours. I’ll welcome you in my workshop and I’ll guide you in the creation of a tiny bijoux, a frame or a decoration made with the glass-making processing techniques inspired by Tiffany’s and by the objects and books kept in my workshop, which is situated in an ancient courtyard. In the morning, you’ll be offered a brunch made of typical local products, which you can enjoy in our living room. Once you’ll have completed your artifact, we’ll continue with a visit to Villa Della Porta Bozzolo, an historical FAI site.
Materials Materials needed for the production of a small artifact
A professional in the making of art glass walls, my house is my atelier. I love sharing the beauty that surrounds me, the slow-paced and calm ways of living, welcoming friends with a glass of wine, a coffe, or a home-made sweet. I inhabit my garden, which is looked after with the knowledge and passion of who knows how to give a precise shape to environments shared with the presence of nature. I believe in the presence of creativity as a way of life.
Where you'll be
Classes will be held in Elisabetta’s workshop, situated in the courtyard of her B&B, in Casalzuigno (VA). After the class, a visit to Villa della Porta Bozzolo (an historical FAI site) is provided.
