About your host
My grandfather was a businessman dedicated to fishing in Ecuador. Every week, my grandfather used to send home a full basket of all types of seafood. I grew up with the flavors of the sea on the table and now that I live in Miami, I want to share the flavors of my childhood with you.

What we’ll do
You'll jump into the tasting with an introductory talk about Ecuadorian seafood and its pairings. We will taste a Bolón de Verde (mashed green plantain) as an appetizer.
Then we will taste 5 varieties of Ecuadorian Ceviches and breaded seafood (fish, black clams, crab meat, shrimp, squid) accompanied by fried green plantains and toasted corn. Everything made in the Ecuadorian style!

Where you'll be
We will meet in Barzola Restaurant which is run by my friend Giovanny. The place is nice and we'll be treated like kings in our special table. This is one of my favorite restaurants in town.

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.
Communication policy
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
