What you'll do
I'll teach you everything you need to know about Italian Jewish cuisine, a world of surprising and delicious flavors that goes well beyond what most people associate with Italian (we don't live of pasta and pizza...) and Jewish (yes, there's more to that than gefilte fish!) food. We will agree on a 4-5 course menu based on your dietary needs and cook all the recipes together and we will enjoy lunch or dinner with what we have prepared. During the time we share, I'll be thrilled to give you an introduction to the Jewish culture or, if you already know a lot about it, I can tell you more on the interesting history of the Jewish communities of Italy in particular.
