What you'll do

We will start to drive to the Mayan archeological site of Coba. The guide will lead you through this beautiful Mayan site, by bike! You will climb the temple known as Nohoch Mul is about 42m tall (138 ft). Then, we will go in Mayan Lands. First, we will visit a Mayan community we work with. Manuel and his family will welcome you. It's a great opportunity to spend time with local people and share the delicious lunch they will prepare for you. Then, we will visit he community of Punta Laguna. The marvelous natural environment of this area is characterized by impressive lagoons, a cenote with crystal-clear water and a semi-decidous jungle. We will do observation of spiders monkeys, walking through the rainsforest, and we will experience canoe and zip-line on the lagoon. We will go to refresh in a magical cenote (natural pool of fresh water, also considered by the Mayans as the door of the underworld). This experience is a very great day to understand Mayan past AND Mayan present. You will explore the lands and enjoy to know better nature, culture and people that characterized this beautiful area.

We organize excursions in small groups and work with local communities. During your experience, you will be guided by one of our local team: Ocho, Alex, Tania, Santi, ...
