What you'll do
We will welcome you on the farm and we will cook together, step by step, the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine with the following menus : ▪ Topini (Tuscan name of potato gnocchi) and peposo (stew baked in the oven with pepper, a little tomato and red wine) for the winter; ▪ Pappa al pomodoro (Tuscan homemade bread, tomatoes, cloves of garlic, basil, Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper) and tripe for the summer; ▪ Prato biscuits (almond biscuits, obtained by slicing a thin layer of hot dough into slices).

Where you'll be
At the conclusion of the kitchen workshop, we will take you to visit the 7 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, the small vegetable garden and the large forest among the beautiful Florentine hills. An oasis of relaxation for adults and a paradise for children who will be able to watch farm animals and animals: horses, donkeys, pigs, goats and many others who live on the farm in a state of semi-freedom.
