To end the session, I will invite guests to treat their feet to a spa, with salt minerals and herbs, giving tenderness to feel sensational. I am specifically interested in the DIY culture, creating self-empowerment through practical means. These inspirations and skills, you can take with you and share with others.
As a woman and professional body worker, I have a genuine concern for the need for us to reconnect with our selves, feel inner beauty and put value on our sense of worth. By sharing my knowledge in massage, meditation and art therapy, I can help others to equip themselves with these life-enhancing skills. The relationship between body and mind fascinates me, as well as the nurturing of our bodies natural ability to heal its self. Through study and practice, I have fine tuned effective techniques that can inspire positive change and awaken wellbeing.
