What you'll do

Get hands on learning in the veggie garden, orchard, home-brewery and play with chickens! Learn tips to start seeds and how to grow healthy and delicious food. Help make craft beer with Farm Fresh ingredients. Experience how to make crackers with spent grain (barley from brewing) and cheese! With all this food/drink talk: enjoy food and drinks the farm produces on one of the many breaks. The experience lasts for 8 hours, but you can come late or leave early. Here is a schedule so you don't miss the best part! 10am-Start the Beer Brew & make Yogurt, 10:30-Farm Tour, 12pm-Farm activities, 1pm-Lunch, 2pm-Make Cheese & Beer Crackers, 3pm-Farm activities, 4:30-Snack Time! Munch on Crackers, Cheeses, & Yogurt we made, 5pm-Finish Beer Brew, Feed chickens & relax, 6pm-Say goodbye to new friends!

Hollyhill Hummingbird Farm teaches people how to grow their own food sustainably. We teach people about chickens, veggies, fruit, nuts, hops and soda/beer brewing, cheese making, pickling/fermenting, canning. Where you'll be

This experience takes place across our 1/4 acre Urban Farm! You get to see it all: the garden, orchard, chickens, brewery... We are in downtown Santa Rosa, walking distance to Russian River Brewery!
