Lori

I am a Métis herbalist and educator who shares the wisdom and traditions of my indigenous Tsuu T’ina roots. Assinboine, Cree, Ojibwe, and Nipissing Nations blend with my Scottish, French, and Celtic ancestry. I love honoring plants and seeing the expressions on people’s faces when they realize that foods and medicines are growing all around them.
