You can make vegee sushi toghther. I can teach you how good Japanese food is. First of all to know how to make sushi rice. explain about Umami taste, make Dashi soup, and make Miso soup and egg roll with Dashi. This course is for vegetarian people, so ingredient of Dashi is for vegetarian also. Then we will try to make vegee sushi. Usually ingresient of Sushi is Fish, but this lesson use Vegetable. We will make sushi using vegetable. At last we will eat everything we made. After eating I will offer you Japanese green tea. Though this lesson you can know about Japanese Dashi, and Japanese Umami taste. This lesson help you to make Sushi party when you go back your county. you can use any vegetable that you can get your country. You can enjoy making sushi.
I am working Japanese restaurant and Sushi restaurant for several years. Japanese food is tasty and healthy. I thought I want to spread Japanese culture and Japanese food, so I went Sushi school, and I relearned Japanese food from the beginning. I have a public license of cook. Cooking and eating is good tool of communication. I can teach some Japanese culture and exchange each culture. I have a lot energy to do it.
Where you'll be
Meet you at Kyobashi station. We will go to shopping near station. we will get some ingredients, and I can explain about daily shopping of local people. then walk to my place. My place is near Osaka castle. After this lesson you can go Osaka castle.
