What we’ll do

We Kyoto people love to spend time by the river more than visit temples. The river (called Kamogawa in Japanese) is our emotional support and we’re proud to have this river in Kyoto. So come and join me for an experience that is truly local. We'll get a sandwich for early lunch and enjoying picnic with a local coffee at riverside. What I’ll provide

Where you'll be

We’ll pick up a sandwich at local bakery near the river and have a picnic on the grassy green banks of the Kamo River around Jingumarutamachi station for half an hour. And then we’ll take a train and a walk for less 30 minutes, and begin the workshop. The venue where we do workshop is an independent unique visitor center named “Bronchi Kyoto” which is renovated a Showa period style Tailor.
