What you'll do
In the large kitchen of the farm, you can learn how to make pasta by hand, using the genuine ingredients of our production or other farms in the Val d'Orcia. We will make pici (typical pasta of our territory), tagliatelle, ravioli and end the day tasting the result of our work together with a glass of wine and a good dessert.

Where you'll be
We chose to start our day with a visit to the small medieval village of Bagno Vignoni, known for its thermal waters and because it is set in the Natural and Cultural Park of Val d'Orcia, as well as the UNESCU Heritage! Later we will move to the farm or in exceptional cases in a villa in San Quirico d' Orcia, where with Angela and Manuela put your hands in dough!
