What you'll do
Enjoy Inner Peace in the middle of Seattle—located just two miles north of Pike Place, this magical urban hike* begins in the famous, floating-home neighborhood of Eastlake. We’ll meet at the local artesian bakery, grab a chai, have a chat then we'll go over a few mindfulness tools; followed by some exercises to solidify our practice (because Inner Peace is a practice). Afterwards we will go out and join Nature. Full of Harmony we'll hike up the hill; we'll explore some incredibly unique Emerald City parks, and hidden gardens. As we ascend through the urban jungle, get your toes ready for picturesque views. Get your cells ready to enhance their vibrations. Get your mind ready for a guided meditation that overlooks the water, the city, the highway, AND refreshes the senses. And MUCH MORE: weave through the neighborhoods and parks better than a local...reignite your Inner Child, spend quality time with maginificant trees and stunning flowers...reclaim your curiosity, find & identify local edible plants...discover new perspectives, embrace new possibilities...make a wish. I am a decade+ Yogi who founded https://deydreaming.com (a website for people who Create). I've meditated all around the world incl. wonderful places that I've actually lived in like Southern California, Colorado, Italy, Dominican Republic, Mexico & China. About four years ago I was meditating out on a dock on Lake Union when I felt my spirit grow roots like a Willow sitting by the edge of the water—just like that I knew that I finally found home in Seattle. Up to 4 guests of all ages can attend. Guests must be mindful of Nature & comfortable taking on new adventures. A BEGINNERS MIND IS ESSENTIAL.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
This experience ends 1.3 miles east of starting point. Sometimes it rains and the path gets muddy (but it's manageable). Stairs are steep. Appropriate shoes are required —as well as a beginners mind.
