What you'll do
I will take you to my hidden gem places. To start off the journey on the right note, for lunch we will have udon noodles, an authentic Japanese traditional dish. After filling up our stomachs, we'll move to a sake tasting bar and explore the world of this famous Japanese rice wine. Sake has a delicate taste and fragrance created by rice, water, and blessings of nature. The bar we'll visit offers a wide and special sake selection and, with my knowledge, you'll feel the passion of the master brewers and enjoy this well-loved drink even more. This is your holiday and I look forward to translating the local foods and flavors, and drinking and chilling with you during part of the day.
Konnichiwa—I am an international sake sommelier. I believe that the best way to learn about sake is through actual tasting experiences. Are you staying in Tokyo? Why not try a taste of Japanese culture through our food and drink. I grew up in the north of Japan, in Hokkaido, and now I live in Tokyo. I have lived in England and China. I love to travel and I know local friends make travel more interesting. I hope I can be your local friend. Let's enjoy Japanese flavors together.

Where you'll be
We'll meet up at Shin-Nakano Station and walk to the udon restaurant to have lunch. It is a spot that's loved by the local people. We'll then move on to my favorite sake tasting bar.
