I have been in the coffee business for 12 years now. First as a Barista, then a roaster then a coffee trainer. After trips to London and then to Sydney where I discovered coffee shops, I returned to France in order to democratize quality coffee. I was then vice-champion of France of Barista in 2011. Then I opened Ten Belles, one of the first references of coffee shop in Paris followed by La Brûlerie de Belleville, roaster of great coffee vintages. I was also a judge during the French coffee championships. This passion for coffee is still there after 12 years and I like to pass it on to others.

Fantastic experience, the perfect way to start my Sunday! Extremely comprehensive, well paced and professional session with great storytelling. I learnt a lot about different aspects of the coffee process, and it has really helped me understand better how to select and make the best coffee. Thomas was amazing at explaining the history of coffee, the growing process, and how to make a great cup of coffee using different methods. He has a very engaging manner and great energy, and was really helpful in answering any questions I had. Thank you so much Thomas, I will be recommending this experience to all my coffee loving friends!

Thomas is a very nice guy and a serious coffee lover. Always awesome to learn from someone that is really passionate about something. It was a great experience. We learned about the history of coffee and how Its production process works. And in the end we made some coffee together and discovered a way to really taste all the flavours. Can't wait to teach my friends and family!

I booked the experience because my husband is a big fan of coffee, and I thought this might be a fun date night activity during these weird times. Thomas was incredibly warm, personable, and knowledgeable. He made the talk incredibly accessible, and was amazingly patient with the questions we had. He was able to share a lot of information in a short amount of time, and the talk was so fun that the hour flew by! Even if you aren't a coffee-lover, I would still highly recommend this experience as Thomas is just a wonderful person to speak with. Thanks again for a great evening!
