What you'll do

As soon as you arrive at the lake, we start paddling with Stand Up. The lake is very quiet at this point and has a large standing area. The paddling is relaxed and possible without much knowledge. I'll show you the most important paddling techniques. After about 1 hour of paddling, we sit down on the board and I show you some breathing exercise from the Kundalini Yoga. Then we listen to a guided meditation with music, you lie on the board and close your eyes. In time I take care of you, so you can switch off properly and not drift off with the board :-). It's a great feeling to feel the movements of the water. After we have paddled back to the beach, we drink a drink of your choice and enjoy depending on the time of the day, the sun or the sunset. P.S. If it is not possible to book with me on a certain day, then write me, I can arrange that you can paddle alone and be instructed beforehand. If the weather worsens on the day of the event, I can easily cancel the event that day.

I learned to switch off and relax. Since I live not far from Lake Starnberg, I go paddling and meditating as often as possible.

Where you'll be

Five lakes land is just magical. We will stay in the south of Lake Starnberg. In good weather you can see the Alps very well there. A beautiful view.
