What you'll do
Colorado at it's finest! Enjoy a magical sunset behind snowy peaks and a 1.5-2 hour easy/moderate hike. In the winter, this hike will be covered in snow, so bring hiking shoes with good traction (waterproof preferred) and plenty of layers of warm clothes, hat and gloves. We'll stop for a break with wine, cheese and crackers, and will end the hike before it's completely dark. Transportation can be provided from the meeting spot to the trailhead for up to 4 guests; we encourage people to bring their own transportation. All level hikers are welcome but hikers should be in very good physical shape and able to walk uphill for 1-2 hours at high altitude. Minimum group size is 2.
