Yves Et Marie

HI! I'm Yves, the founder of a well-known non profit specialized in hyper-local food and cuisine for elementary students in Saint-Roch (Quebec techno & trendiest district, near Old Quebec). I am a community award winning. My ancestors arrived as locals in 1670 & it is why I am an history nerd. I graduated from Laval University, I was hired to promote Quebec in 10 countries and I've finished as a professional emeritus. You’ll see the historical Quebec, main attractions & real-life of local neighborhoods through my eyes in an authentic, entertaining, inspiring & relaxed way. Being a chef in my school, I'll prepare you a quick lunch w/fresh local products and I offer a written list of recommendations by district at the end . I use a car when we can’t walk or if we have bad weather, which is quality guarantee. What are you waiting?! :)
