What we’ll do

**Request dates if not shown in availability** Upon pickup we will dive into the rich history of Yellowknife by going just outside of the city to one of Yellowknife's first gold mines where we'll learn about what it was like to prospect for gold on the Canadian Shield and then to be a hardrock miner. At the same time we will start to learn about how the townsite of Yellowknife started and grew…

We will stop at these locations as well as others: Yellowknife Outdoor Mining History Display, NWT Legislative Assembly Building, Downtown Yellowknife, Old Town Yellowknife, Pilots Monument, Ragged Ass Road, The Woodyard and N'Dilo.
